    No nothing fancy,some very old Thai strain. It does the job for me and for some others who have tried. We just put seeds in the ground and nature takes care of the rest,the way it should be.

    Have you ever tried? i speak a few languages and sometimes i use 3 different ones in the same day or i am talking to people in different countries online,easy to get confused. I personally do not really care if people make spelling or grammar mistakes,as long as i understand them. That is what language is all about i think.

    Some people speak more then one language and it is easy to get confused with the grammar part of it. How many languages do you speak?

    I listen to vinyl and digital music,i know my hearing is not as good anymore but that does not mean i can not enjoy music anymore. Mostly now i listen with headphones from my pc. Philips Fidelio x2hr.

    Yes they can handle a lot of output and sound really well and i used to play music everyday but not so much any more. Got the amp recapped and after that have maybe put 20 hours on them. Sometimes when home alone i listen to something .

    We have always had extra concrete delivered so i always have a patch ready for the excess. 1.5 cubic meters short is a lot!

    Like i mentioned,new to Thailand and fell for the "you need an agent"thing. I always thought husband and wife only needed 800 000 together or am i wrong? Ok so she should attempt to open a new account only in her name,can she legally take money out of the joint account? Husband passed away last week .

    Two people have a retirement visa showing money in the bank but they used an agent. The money is 1600000 baht in a joint account. they used an agent to get the paperwork done the last two times.Only 2 years in Thailand. New visa date is in April. The husband passed away just recently. Is it possible for the wife to use this account to show the 800 000 or should an agent be used again? The account is in Bangkok bank.

    Like so many people around the world my wife and i decided to join the "Dry January " movement. half way thru the month now and i can give you a little update. This whole dry thing is just a little bit uncomfortable for me but my wife hates it! She claims it hurts every time! Disclaimer,before you post a confused emoji think about it.

    Let her buy the property in her name,help her to get a mortgage if you have to. Then you give her the money to pay the bank each month,look at it if rent. If things go wrong you can just walk away from it. Invest your money elsewhere.

    Some times giving things for free is not appreciated. My dad put the old fridge on the lawn with a sign saying"Still works good!For free! It sat there for over a week,dad made a new sign "Fridge for sale $50. The next morning it was gone!

    Not only vote buying but the only people profiting will be the large companies. Giving cash to needy people directly is much better. You will need an app to get the money? People who really need it don't even have a phone!
