I understand your sentiment but i do not think we will see the same russia again when this is over and it is not over by a long shot. Imo the plan is to have russia broken up into smaller states and the way it is going the west will have to do very little. More unrest inside of russia and it will get out of hand.

Keeping in mind who he is he is well aware the russia will have nothing at all for the next 20 years or so. They will have to pay a massive amount of money to the Ukraine and they will also need to borrow a lot of money some where. I will not be surprised if in a few years from now the west will pay russia 30 % of the price of gas just to help them pay for the damage they have done.

This is some thing i already thought about earlier. What if putin has him killed? Will his men take revenge? There is no way the russians can catch and torture/kill all of the wagner family members. 94 % of the russian army in is the Ukraine? How will they defend Moscow?With a bunch of old men and kids?

Well if he said this in public he can not back out and he is already helping the Ukraine on other fronts. He can not really afford to upset the EU and NATO,i think he is sincere in this.

No no time to get bored,i am thinking about getting a drone also but the price is holding me back because i think i will not use it often. I wanted to do a flyover of the house and my surroundings to make a nice video.I could also use it to film my birds when they are flying.

Yes you are very right,there is a lot of knowledge and experience coming out in this thread. A few not so great posts but those are mostly by the same people in many topics but they are best ignored. Maybe you get inspired to try something new or meet some people near you to pursue some activity. I have a few hobbies and one passion that i have had since i was seven years old and finally i can devote a lot of time into it but after nearly 60 years i am still learning. Great to see most posts are positive and it does expose the human behind a lot of comments. Keep it coming folks.

A well targeted cluster bomb can clean op a lot of trenches in a hurry. I am also not sure it is a very human weapon to use but then again what is? If it is used just on trenches or to clear a mine field i would say,go for it. It would save a lot of time and imo the lives of Ukrainian soldiers will be spared.
