  1. I care little for IMDB's classification. Calling it a Drama and a Western undersells the movie.
  2. Honkers, Bangers, Singers. The Holy Trinity.
  3. Yeah I want "adds" for the newest clip joint, not Vitasoy or Choco Mucho.
  4. I went a few times in January of 2022 before I moved to the big smoke. You're right, no atmosphere to speak of and the uniforms were a bit disappointing. Those leggings stop the short shorts from doing what short shorts normally do so I was well miffed (first time visiting "Hooter" as the local win motosai boys called it). So not great value for money but I did like their Baja fish tacos and I struck up a conversation with one of the lasses after a few visits and some last drinks. Her English was a cut above the standard for that area and I enjoyed talking to her for a bit. Luckily I moved to Bangers before I got obsessed with her and bought her land and a house in Buriram or wherever she was from ????
  5. Most 'fancy' restaurants quote the price before service charge and VAT. You have to add on 17.7% with a calculator or just get a shock when the bill comes. Or do it in your head if you're a savant.
  6. Well more topics means more clicks which means potentially more ad revenue so I doubt that will happen. Even in the other threads there's so much misinformation and errors that your have to sift through it like you're panning for gold. Stuffed if I'm going to try and condense it all for the lazy OP ????
  7. Star Wars is a "space opera" Spiderman is an adaptation of a superhero comic book. Harry Potter is an epic fantasy.
  8. if you think Unforgiven is just a "Western" then you know absolutely nothing about cinema.
  9. Neither Star Wars nor the other films you cited are Sci-Fi.
  10. to justify why he started a new topic and expects to be spoonfed when there are at least 3 other threads on the very same subject? ????????
  11. False advertising? They're not real tuk-tuks now are they, just a miniature songthaew. Mitsubishi Colt if I recall correctly from my one and only visit there in 2007. Bangkok tuk-tuk drivers should die them for defamation ????
  12. This is the fourth or so post by the OP and he/she/they give little detail and don't come back to participate in the discussion. I'm thinking either troll or a plant to generate more traffic. Or the OP is just plain rude ????
  13. I had that about twenty years ago so went and saw the doctor who gave me some anti-anxiety pills, forget the name. Then I went to another doctor and got him to prescribe me antidepressants. Anxiety and depression was reduced to a dull roar so I chalked it up as a win.
  14. The feelings of the ordinary people matter little when the dictators a.k.a. the imams are in charge, which is what the whole ideology is based on. Thankfully that has only happened in a small number of countries so far and Thailand ain't one of them which is why I moved here. And yes I know about the "Old Testament", had to read that war-mongering, chosen people, enslave or kill the unbelievers nonsense when I was a kid. It should have been put to rest 2000 years ago but as you said, old Mo decided to resurrect it and add his own little twist to it. Obviously Christianity wasn't a viable option because of all that crybaby turn the other cheek stuff that Jesus allegedly advocated. Pretty hard to convince people to revolt against the the corrupt ruler du jour of they're busy getting their cheeks slapped.
  15. Well obviously. And if you'd been reading the posts about online TM47 reporting hiccups you'd already know the answer to your question.
  16. I don't think you understand how dictatorships work. Of course the ordinary person doesn't want war and violence but they'll fall into line pretty quickly once the dictator gives the marching orders. Why do you think the West is so keen to keep stirring up trouble in the Middle East? Once Islam reaches "critical mass" then it's game over for the normal folk. Just look at Iran where they're killing young women for not observing the "peaceful" imposition of wearing a black bag over their head in the hot sun.
  17. Isaan is not Israel. Pretty sad state of affairs if the rich you-know-who's can't pay a proper wage for what turns out to be a very hazardous job. As for being "antisemitic", no I'm not anti I just don't believe the propoganda anymore. Both sides in this conflict are hard-headed, full of themselves, unlikeable people and neither side has the moral high ground.
  18. From what the article says they weren't getting paid very much. 50K bath per month for driving trucks around Israel seems like a really rotten deal given all the money that lot have.
  19. He's spot on. You're just wasting everyone's time now. If you really want to know the price why don't you input the origin and destination into Bolt and see what their app says in order to establish some kind of a baseline? Please don't use your normal excuse of being computer illiterate, that ship has sailed.
  20. No, Islam was created specifically for nefarious ends namely a worldwide caliphate. It doesn't need to be "hijacked" because it is a template for war and the subjugation or death of the kufr. It must be resisted at all costs, If you believe otherwise you are surely deluded.
