Technical training available in Thailand?

There are "Tech" colleges, we have one on our town, I believe they are in most larger towns. Also most Universities have a "practical" course. You just need to ask around the colleges what they offer. -

You need whatever the officer on the day tells you they need. As is often the case there is rarely consistency. Ask them, then follow that instruction, pointless and frustrating but TIT. Good luck.

HMS Portland tracked cruise missile submarine Severodvinsk after it surfaced A Royal Navy warship has tracked two Russian submarines in the North Sea. British submarine hunter HMS Portland shadowed the vessels from Russia's Northern Fleet after they surfaced separately, north west of Bergen, Norway. The Navy said it tracked the pair as they travelled underwater south along the Norwegian coast from the Arctic. It comes as the UK's armed forces continue to train the Ukrainian military personnel. Rishi Sunak has said he would put the UK on a "crisis footing" on day one as PM, as he and Liz Truss continue their pitch to lead the Conservative Party. In an interview with the Times, the former chancellor said the country faced a national emergency, including on the economy, the NHS and migration. He will set out plans to tackle the NHS backlog when he gives a speech later. Meanwhile, Ms Truss has announced plans for a "bonfire" of EU laws retained after Brexit. She has promised to scrap or replace all such laws which she argues hinder growth by the end of 2023. Full Story

Liz Truss will "deliver" on Boris Johnson's tax cuts, the Business Secretary has said. Kwasi Kwarteng, who is backing Ms Truss to become the next Conservative leader and prime minister, argued the current tax burden - which stands at a 70-year high - is not "sustainable". Mr Kwarteng told Sky: "What she is very credible about is the idea you can't tax your way to growth. No country in the history of the world has ever grown its economy by simply increasing taxes. The UK's Brexit divorce bill from leaving the EU could rise to £42.5bn, potentially adding billions to payments, the government says. Treasury minister Simon Clarke said inflation meant the bill could be up to £7.5bn higher than initially estimated. The UK struck a deal to pay the EU for outstanding spending commitments after leaving the bloc in January 2020. The Liberal Democrats said the "terrible deal" was costing UK taxpayers billions. Russia and Ukraine have signed a landmark deal allowing grain exports to resume from Black Sea ports after they were blockaded by Vladimir Putin's forces. A man in the US state of Ohio has been charged with raping a 10-year-old girl who had to cross state lines for an abortion after her home state restricted the procedure. Gershon Fuentes, 27, appeared in court in Columbus on Wednesday. The unnamed girl's plight has drawn international attention.
