  1. Best just to get your keys on to a wallet with these Thai crypto platforms ? While a few might suddenly be easy to join for foreigners, I worry about the platform integrity. Anyone using crypto.com as a foreigner in Thailand with no issues getting set-up ?
  2. Oh well, I had a couple hours of joy thinking Thailand had joined the ranks of Malaysia and Singapore with zero CGT on crypto.... Even worth living in Malaysia enough of the year for tax purposes if not a trader but investor under their rules. https://coinledger.io/blog/crypto-tax-free-countries
  3. Is it a fixed rate of 15% for CGT on crypto ?
  4. So from the article it states :- <<This makes it permanent for transactions conducted through Thailand’s licensed digital asset exchange operators, including trades done by licensed brokers and dealers.>> So just have to check an exchange is licensed operator within the border to qualify for zero tax. I think the UK is 10% or 20% depending on your income tax bracket.
  5. It looks like no taxes for trading permanent if you trade on approved Thai platforms ? Of course a member may jump in and say I'm wrong...am here to learn from the wise men on this thread....👍 https://www.techopedia.com/thailand-offers-crypto-tax-breaks Am not sure these approved platforms can be easily joined by foreigners ? Just looking to follow the rules vs trying to game anything and it catching up with me in future if resident long-term back in Thailand (currently away overseas but looking to relocate back if this is the case)...zero tax for traders or long-term investors ?
  6. Maybe less fun back home also - as you will be same age back home as here. You've just passes into a new phase of life which can evoke 'mourning'...more so in west I'd say. I'd love to have my clubbing days back here and date lower 20s chix. Still a possibility in Thailand on both fronts...never see over 35s much even maybe in UK nightclubs..not sure... Grass is always greener syndrome. I had to go back in west due to family reasons and see both pluses minuses here. Fresh air, Autumn, less brutal summers etc etc....higher overheads ad just generally costly. Luckily no mortgage or rent overheads for me while here.
  7. From the photo, it looks like 8 bunk beds set up in a room for 2 maximum....?

  11. Read up on risks of that vaccine for your age and also take into account if you had dengue before..its a tad complicated on risks with that vaccine. I had it already and my fear is a 2nd time might lose me a limb or organs or worse.

  18. Coherence Therapy is supposed to be very fast and powerful but practitioners in the world are few and far between...it elicits the problem then messes with the emotional imprint connected to the memory of the root of the issue...introduces ideas that break apart the trigger...it seems a bit similar to reframing from NLP to me. Also EMDR another fast one vs the old school ones that are 20 sessions +++. Thing with CBT is... it does not dive into the roots of issues, it only messes at the surface with the triggers that cause the problems so you are installing something to counter a problem that can keep coming up. At least that is how understand CBT works...there is an more advanced verson of CBT but I forget the name right now...a 4-letter therapy...the prior REBT was the precursor of CBT from straight-talking Albert Ellis.
