Chiro. was short-term relief for me....and pricey. I bought a gym inversion table where you hook your ankles into the sponge area and removed the neck support part so I could fully hang inverted and with weight off my spine the issue resolved...turn over for 30 seconds and back up..do that 3x times..then off/then 3 sets a day...quite a lot of pressure into the head and eyes so only 30 seconds at a time for me. Then you can sell the table on - so its a 1-2000 Baht back fix finally.
