  1. I have pictures and a fire report, but I risk being blocked 🚫 if sharing it.
  2. As of today, May 24th at 1:20 pm your accident theory is no longer valid thanks to a Porsche.
  3. Valid question, but hopefully EV fires are so rare that it only has to be discussed every other months. Ironically, I was trying to establish a baseline as to how few EV fires per billion miles we have had so far in Thailand, but that effort is now totally derailed.
  4. Quick question to the man with the hammer, didn't you use to drive a Porsche Taycan? That is an EV, right?
  5. You guys wander way more off topic that I ever did, with all your work talk, but it appears I have been zeroed out. On the subject of EVs, I am sad to sad that another vehicle has been added to "the list". Documented with pictures and a new story, but I am afraid you will have to use Google for more information as I have been curtailed from sharing such factual information. It is a Tesla, so your Chinese toys are safe.
  6. Will certainly be interesting to see May's sales numbers. Some of our senior EV friends are struggling with precentage. To comprehend negative precentage, is like asking Joe the plumber to solve Maxwell's Equation.
  7. Hokkaido scallops with cod 🐟.
  8. Good observation. He probably scraped the concrete curb before landing in the ditch. What is also worth noticing is that the front wheels are still spinning, making the rescue scene very dangerous.
  9. In honor of yesterday's Neta U fire, we will skip today's EV fire 🔥 and sacrifice a Neta V on the EV altar. Apart from from being on its back and not on fire, do you notice anything unique EV about this accident? Happy to report that the driver only sustained minor injuries. 436320735_963722595446667_3474591589614421643_n.mp4
  10. When some ghastly EV gets released by an air filtration company in China 🇨🇳 we are all supposed to bend over backwards in awe, but when an EV explode in a giant fireball in a neighboring country to Thailand 🇹🇭 it is off topic? I see the cherry 🍒 harvest is still in full swing. Why the fourth F in FFFF?
  11. It comes with free superglue. HzYOkMScoKICRXRk.mp4
  12. That is correct. You and @Pib got it right. It is a Vinfast that scraped the curb in Laos and there is no indication it is registered in Thailand, so it will not join our little list. Here is a longer version of the same fire. รถยนต์ไฟฟ้าไฟไหม้ จากจากครูดกับขอบฟุตบาท.mp4
  13. Pib has a sharp eye 👁 for details. There are two true 👍 statements in the above post. Time to complete the puzzle. The V in the center of the car 🚗 might be a hint.
  14. This morning's EV fire 🔥 to wake you up. Can anyone spot the brand? EV fire 🔥 Tracking - Thailand 1. BYD Seal - Ratchaburi roll-over 2..... - An EV fire is a fire in an EV, whether caused by technical fault, charging, accident, arson, internal and external reasons. What is NOT an EV fire? 1. A hybrid vehicle fire is not an EV fire. Even if the hybrid battery explode in a thermal runaway, it is still not an EV fire. 2. Electric motorcycles, scooters, bicycles are not counted as EV fires. 3. Electric busses, vans and boats are not counted as EV fires. 15. No assuming needed. The driver has been confirmed as female, so in other words an unavoidable accident. Nevertheless, still an EV fire 🔥.
  16. It is your luck day 😊. The Ratchaburi EV fire was classified as a thermal runaway battery 🔋 fire 🔥.
  17. That is correct and since you are high your house will also burn down, but that will be classified as a separate house fire.
  18. Bit more on the Ratchaburi EV fire.
  19. I don't see a cherry tree involved in the accident 🤷 . Just like ICE fires, all fires count. An9RP98PQWl6g3-FVf8iLm57oJnYj3IfMt9RJ2FVySq57QQrw3fHvC4jrhBbiB-KdN2S-s1fxrJ2HQc5tbpmNgc.mp4
  20. Your personal agenda is irrelevant when tracking EV fires, but I guess we should have made a definition.
  21. Thanks 😊. EV fire 🔥 Tracking - Thailand 1. BYD Seal - Ratchaburi roll-over 2..... An-v430cwymF0vqtHxH4I1_IrtPU1YmzcfDF01o53RpzCPseapsiRO-vhSvNfR9_IwuJmoLImXGT_EWvaSgxtZM.mp4
  22. That is a good start, now we just have to fill in the blank spot.
