Congratulations. Can we see what is inside the electric cabinet? Size of battery? How come it is a Topsun and not JKR's own battery? -
Extremely high electricity bill for an Airbnb

Ask for the MEASmartLife screenshot. It will show monthly consumption for the past 6 month. Even better, if you have an electricity bill with the meter number, post it here, then I will check for you. -

That bar just got moved a bit lower. BYD announced a fresh round of price cuts for more than 20 models over the weekend, bringing the price tag of its cheapest model β the pure battery-powered Seagull hatchback β to as low as Rmb55,800 ($7,770). Chinese EV shares tumble as BYD sparks βrat raceβ price war fears. https://ft.com/content/74958651-ec86-4a07-a743-502445f54553 -

I have had 2 Xrays and seen an orthopedic at Mission Hospital. The radius bone was fractured, but there might also have been fractures in the carpal bones. I had a cast on for 5 weeks and the current swelling might just be from removing the cast. The MRI was just to get peace of mind that there is no major soft tissue damage. It is only 9,000 baht and there is a mrithailand clinic near me. I guess a level 2-3 sprain can take months to resolve, so I will give it a couple of more weeks.

@Sheryl does MRIThailand also provide an evaluation/interpretation of the MRI results or do you just get a CD with the raw scam from them? I am considering getting a hand MRI scan after a wrist injury that is still painful after 6 weeks, to make sure no ligament or tendon are broken.
