    Foreign and Domestic ownings. It would not surprise me to know that Thai's own enough land in the USA to cover Bangkok Proper.

    'Birth Certificate' for probate? My survivors can get hold of a death certificate at that time; but I don't even have a birth certificate now. A passport I also have.

    Should open the MRT station after the conference let's out for the evening. You know from 6PM till MRT stop time.

    I'd like to see the MRT opened during the day/evening when the conference is not in session. You know they'll close up Talk at 5PM and yet everybody will still be still be inconvenienced.

    The sign out front would have worked in most any other country. Screwing the peasants is part of the no defaming law even if its true; probably that is. Weasel words are important you know.

    Is that like ' kill em all; let God sort them out' ? Ran into a lot of that punishment while I was a conscript; seems the army way if not the Thai way anyway.

    I worry how the Russian will treat me. I'm not Ukrainian but my country 'gives' munitions and training to Ukrainians.

    Didn't Russia assure the World that it was only doing 'exercises' when they were building up their forces on the Ukraine border? About a year ago now it was.

    40,000,000 divided by (5*12) comes to about 666,666.66 baht per month. Renting does look heavenly. That 49% of a condo building was relaxed for a while; then reinstated so those over the limit allotment HAD to sell to a Thai. Just wait til after 5 years (if)the law is rescinded and you got to sell your Rai to a Thai. That's gonna hurt, even rich retirees.
