    For a hundred baht or so you can leave luggage at the 'left luggage' place on fourth floor along the wall on the other side of the check in booths.

    In England I was under the impression gun ownership was completely illegal. You really have to be rich and/or have serious Klout to own a gun legally in the UK. Not talking about a shotgun. What law they gonna make that would make it 'more difficult'?

    USA could change it's position. Get back to pre WW1 doctrine. Protect our hemisphere and leave the Europeans/Asian/Africa to themselves. The Americas are our true area of influence, isolationism is better than trying to remake the world in our image.

    Darn, I was thinking magic carpet, most of them are red I believe. Lots of money for arms means lots of large political donors involved. Won't be any recession in the arms industry of the USA.

    No doubt there were the correct number of life jackets. Now, the crewmen recovered from the sea that weren't wearing a life jacket is another matter; 'why' would be the question. Don't even ask why the boat wasn't prepped for heavy seas. Oh, the next question would be; was the ship rigged for heavy seas?

    I'd like to see the map of how they were going from Vietnam to Singapore. scenic route. Wonderful that Thailand helped, the traveler had to have had pneumonia while in port in Vietnam. Sad, a cruise around the world, to have ended so suddenly. RIP

    I was of the understanding that Thai's in general and for the most part are not all that sophisticated about finance. Being stupid isn't against the law in Thailand yet, got to build a heck of a lot more jails first.

    The person that figures out how to export all those new bananas is gonna be rich. I see 4 new fields of bananas from my condo; lots of new bananas are on their way.
