Otherwise Moderna is available from private hospitals, a lot of 3+ million doses is said to come in this month.

There are some studies available, actually a booster gives a quite high protection for about three months time - you should be able to find studies with Google-search, I haven't kept any links to share - which at present seems to be the level for all boosters, also those with only Western vaccines, which is why some countries now are given second booster, i.e. jab #4. Some countries have reduced the vaccine-immunity to a six month period from last jab, instead of 7 to 12 month. There is page with detailed info about all available Covid-19-vaccines HERE.

Walk-in for Pfizer vaccination until January 9th...

Best would be to move the money during the almost 7 month long 400k baht period, which will make it more easy for the immigration officer to check; or after an extension of stay and with withdrawal and new deposit same day. I've been using the 800k baht in 12-month fixed deposit for long time and even been shopping around between three banks for best interest. I always move a couple of day after my extended stay expired, withdraw and deposit same day, and I never have had any problems. With a 12 month clean deposit it's easy for immigration officer, and she (it's normally the same lady now on days) don't bother checking the maturing time, or ask to see bank book in three month...????
