    I use the income method and have done since the Australian Consulate stopped issuing the income stat decs. My local Immigration office insists monthly transfers and coded as foreign transfers.

    In 2019 I had an operation in Phayao Ram (a private hospital). They accepted a cash deposit. So your initial statement is incorrect.

    It is amazing the number of Thai motor bike riders I see wearing masks but no helmets. I hope the masks can save their lives when they have an accident.
