Cameron's so-called renegotiations are worthless, and the process is bogus. The EU will give some meaningless concessions and Cameron will leap in the air declaring victory. Do you seriously think the Eurozone will give a de facto veto to Britain over Eurozone economic policy...yes they will give him some nice words but if it comes down to the interests of EZ or Britain, it will be EZ every day of the week. How come no one has every told us how much are spent on in-work EU migrant benefits each year? Britain will stay in the EU. There will be a full court press with scare stories every time you turn on the news...scare stories about lost jobs...and the scaredy cats will vote to stay in. Besides that Britain's owners, the US will not permit them to leave the EU even if the public vote to leave. If they do summon up the courage to vote to leave, then there will be another referendum until they give the answer to stay in.

Cameron is playing his usual hypocracy games,don't forget he didn't want a Referendom in the first place,and it was his Party Mavericks that forced the renegotiation climb down from him! As the previous owner of a mobile phone shop( in wife's name,)here is a couple of snippets. 1. Very common,girlfriend tells farang boyfriend,"someone steal my phone" so he buys girlfriend another one. Later that day we find out she sold hers brand new and cheap to another shop.

2. One girl brought 2 Farangs within (2 hours )to the shop before the second one parted with enough money to buy the phone of her dreams.

3. And later the same day another girl wanted a price on the phone bought for her by the Farang!

4. an expensive phone got part exchanged for a cheap one,and a good slice of money got pocketed!

I toyed with the idea of telling these guys, but a bit pointless, considering there was 60 to 70 mobile shops in this multi story complex.So the girl had plenty of choice to PX or sell.

For these girls mobile telephones are as good as hard currency,and no need to call in the vet for the sick Buffalo!

I would say the major source of sodium in a Thai's diet is Nam Pla, fish sauce. It after-all is a saturated salt solution. Have you seen those beautiful cubic crystals of sodium chloride on the bottom of some bottles ?

I am on a low salt diet, never have salt on the table. And never put salt in aharn falang. BUT try leaving fish sauce out of aharn Thai, it just isn't the same, it's no long Thai food. I can't do it, much to my cardiologist's disapproval.

Next time you get a chance to examine a bottle of Fish Sauce,you will find it's 25% Salt !

Lets not worry ourselves to an early grave. Five years ago the government announced they would track down people using 'accommodation' addresses in the UK in order to maintain pension increases. They went further and stated the people supplying the address (.e.g. family members or whatever) would be prosecuted for aiding and abetting fraud. The pensioner would have the pension frozen until all the overpaid had been reclaimed.

How many cases of this have there been?. I know it influenced some people to come clean about non-residency, which was presumably the purpose.

By the way, my pension is frozen as I have always had my Thai address with DWP.

In the UK they have now caught on to recycling in many Supermarkets,which is: bring your own lifetime bag,or bring your own plastic bag, or pay 5p per new plastic bag!
