    because it is registered as media company. I got told the law is very strict....Media company but currently not working as media company is no excuse. Big question is why didn't he sell it a long time ago...that law is well known...I guess made to block people like Thaksin. Or not having the situation like Berlusconi in Italy. Irrelevant small amount of an non active company was clearly not meant but the law is the law.....

    No in a usual democracy the parliament elect the Prime Minister who does not need to be from the party that was strongest. Can be from a small one can be an outsider. That is complete OK. Only the Senators are an abnormality.

    To torture people, some proofed innocent is as bad as it can be. And the previous US president was very much for torture.

    USA is known to pressure countries to buy their weapons and not from the enemy. But as you said, it does not seem Thailand care much.

    Taking over by being the biggest customer of Thailand and building infrastructure, we must counteract that by placing army and military from USA here. Maybe we can open the torture center again so US can torture people here?

    Yes but it does not mean panic...Also it is surprising. Before all the time someone from the staff got covid or had the child/mother/etc at home with covid. Now since weeks. No one has anything....But sometimes someone is coughing, maybe it is light cases and just noone is testing anymore??

    Yes I complete agree. Weed grows like....weed, so it costs almost nothing....You can do it in the garden. And than think of going into a hospital find a doc that prescribe a very restricted substance. Several thousand Baht every month vs. almost nothing, because they neighbor may also smoke it without having a legit reason just for fun....

    yes well documented.....try to stop cigarettes...relative hard or if you are addicted to alcohol stopping it can be even deadly (and I don't want to know how it feels if it is just a step easier than deadly)

    Non....I am very much against drugs. But it is my freedom to use or not use them....When I am old and everything hurts I would rather be allowed to use some Marijuana or Opium. If someone want to get "drunk" on it than it is their life and not my, or Prayuth or Pitas business.

    Marijuana is not very addictive, in fact less than alcohol and cigarettes.

    I have worked in a food factory....need cap for the hairs not falling but never seen a mask. And never seen a mask in any restaurant before covid. And for sure not required.

    People didn't choose a party to govern. If a coalition has more than 50% they are chosen to govern and that can be with MF and without MF. I have seen the third strongest party form the government. Nothing wrong with it.

    They all use gas which is super cheap. If the fare would be too low, you wouldn't find a taxi driver. But all is full with them so the fare is high enough. One Taxi driver from Suvanabuhmi airport to downtown was whining that he make so little money, just 3000 Baht per day....I think that is pretty good.

    I had several very nice taxi driver....outside of tourist areas I would say 99% are honest. Only downtown it is bad.
