I dont know much about the legalities but my wife who knows everything said upon my death she can get the funds! I wont dispute it.

We had a birthday party last week and my wife’s cousin brought her second child( chihuahua) in a small back pack .Initially I was taken back a little until they took it out and placed it on our dinner table , as some of the family fondled it and patted it ,I had to go inside my house and sit in my chair-and gather my fuming thoughts! 20 minutes later the rat disappeared under the table in a small portable carry dog house and I never heard a peep from the chihuahua rat , 6 hours not one woof. Well behaved and disciplined , tip my hat to the cousin on its disposition, not so much on table manners.
