Not yet. Almost a win is not the same as a win - Trump should know that from a couple of years ago. And yes, I know it's likely that he will win.

An hour after you started this thread, he still didn't win. Possibly he will win. But there is a huge difference between he won, and we guess he will win.

Here is the AI generated summary: The author reflects on his long-term relationships with Thai women, noting a consistent evolution from romantic partners to roles resembling caregivers or logistical assistants. Initially characterized by genuine connection and affection, these relationships shift subtly over time, leading the author to feel more like a "boyfriend service" rather than an equal partner. This transformation occurs without explicit demands, suggesting an unspoken expectation rooted in cultural dynamics. Despite enjoying the act of helping, the author grapples with feelings of becoming too indispensable. Ultimately, he explores how these shifts highlight the complexities of love and partnership within cross-cultural contexts, blending romance with practical support. https://www.perplexity.ai/

Yes, it would be great if the media and politicians would only tell the truth. I agree that not everything which is said about Trump is true. But enough is true. He still pretends he won the last election. He initiated Jan-6 and he didn't tell people to stop. He lies constantly about almost everything. He pretends Putin would not have started a war if Trump would have been president. Why? He doesn't tell us. He behaves constantly like an ahole calling people bad names and telling everybody how stupid his ex-advisors are who he hired not long ago and at that time he told everybody they are the best. It is absolutely not necessary to make Trump worse than he is. He is already very bad. The fact that much of the media and the DEMs try to make him worse than he is, is counterproductive.

Joe Rogan endorses the Trump/Vance ticket!
OneMoreFarang replied to Hanaguma's topic in Political Soapbox
I tried a couple of times. I even thought about watching the full JRE Trump interview. But IMHO Trump is just too annoying and too much: I can do that - but I don't say how. According to him he will stop the Ukraine war. How? He doesn't say. Putin would never have started the war if he would have been president. Why? He won't say. And obviously he still pretends he won the last election, and and and. I know some people quote Trump wrong. And I agree, they shouldn't do that. But listening to Trump original speeches and interviews the guy is just full of s@$t. -
Joe Rogan endorses the Trump/Vance ticket!
OneMoreFarang replied to Hanaguma's topic in Political Soapbox
Wow, I have to admit I am really surprised. I remember a couple of interviews on his show where he said he does not want to support Trump. His interview with Trump is IMHO not really support. It gives people the chance to make up their mind. I watched a little and confirmed that I would never vote for Trump (if I could vote for him). But now an endorsement from the most viewed American podcaster, that might influence the election outcome. I wonder what happened that Joe did what not too long ago he would not have done. -
If France doesn't want to stop them, fine. I guess in the moment they don't care much because France is only transit. But if the UK would return all those people right away back to France, then I guess France would take that more serious. I find it hard to understand how they can legally apply for asylum in the UK coming from France.

NACC Urged to Seek PM's Insight on Thaksin's Hospital Treatment

Good, let her explain what she did and knew. And "I don't know" or "I have to ask my father what I know" are not valid answers. -
Ok, change the "but" to "and" if that makes you feel better. Or do you think there is no connection in peoples' behavior and possible consequences? It's like walking on a zebra crossing in Thailand: In theory you should be able to just walk over it without looking. In real life that is a very bad idea.

It's almost funny when they have crackdowns on this and that. Like, normally we don't enforce those laws, but now we announce that we will enforce them - at least for a short time. TiT

I guess it's just something different. Every couple of months I like to eat KFC, and every couple of months I like a Big Mac. It just happens. And I think if we don't eat it all the time then it's not a big deal. -

Thanks for the information. But I have to ask: Are you sure? I just checked his Wikipedia page and googled obituary Eric Schlosser and I didn't find any confirmation. I read a couple of his books, all very interesting. -
No, nobody should be raped. But on the other side, women should think at least for a second of what they are doing. I.e. is it advisable for a woman to walk at night in a dark street in a bad neighborhood with sexy clothes? No. But that doesn't mean every woman who does that should be raped. And with this guy, as far as I know he doesn't make a secrete out of his sexual desires. Like: I want it all and now and just the way I want it. If you come to see me than that is what you should expect and maybe that is what you will get. Summary: Think for at least a second of what you want to do before you do it.

Send them all immediately back to where they came from, France. Nobody can claim that they escaped from France because they fear for their lives.
