No. But then, Ukraine could surrender any day. Then the war would be over. I understand that they don't do that. The problem for Ukraine is that they have only bad options. I am suspicious about Trump and Ukraine because he said multiple times he will end that war very quickly. But he never said how he will do that. The easiest way for him to end this war is to just tell Putin to take whatever he wants, because America, or more precise, Trump, just don't care. I even understand this from Trump's point of view. But the Ukrainians and Europeans won't like that.

The people who offered the money obviously knew there was a risk, otherwise they would not have offered so much money. It's all the question of how much. I think the problem is that you can't rely on any of the information. About 1.5 years ago I was in Phnom Phen to get a visa. On the outside of the embassy was written information about how long it will take. I think it was 7 days for a Non-B visa. I received my visa within that time. And then I had to go again, maybe 6 months later. The same information was still outside on the embassy. When I applied for my visa at the counter, they told me then I should come back in 4 days to pick it up - contrary to what was on the notice. Websites seem to be updated even less. I would try to call them to get information.

As far as I know the idea of studio monitor speakers is that they reproduce the music as it is on the source, without making it somehow sound better. I have a 100% digital setup, up to the amplifiers within the speakers. If I want to have the music distorted to sound like a tube amplifier or whatever, then I am sure my software will allow me to do that. But in the moment, I listen to music how it was produced without any adjustments. And if it was produced professionally, then it sounds great with my studio monitors. A couple of months ago, I think when this forum was sold, there are an article which clearly stated that they will collect information, and they use AI to generate articles out of that and they won't mention the original sources. I think that article was soon removed after lots of critical comments from the members. When the subject sounds interesting enough, then I use sometimes AI to get a short summary. And maybe then I will discuss it with other humans and without AI.

It's not just a question of how loud, but also what kind of noise. When those ladyboys start chatting, that sounds horrible - at least IMHO.

I have JBL monitor speakers - imported from the USA. Any speaker stands for those things are sold by the kind of audio stores which have to charge premium prices, otherwise those "audiophiles" won't buy them. I built the stands to have exactly the height which they need for the combination of me, my sofa and my speakers. Adjustable stands are available, but they are suboptimal in my opinion.

Just in general, where does this stupid 10 system come from? Does anybody use this is real life? Maybe I will tell a friend that this or that girl looks good, or that one looks very good. But I never use any numbers.

Try logical thinking. It helps. 1. What is the problem? 2. Is it important? If no, then don't think about it. 3. Can you change it? If you can't change it, then what's the point of thinking about it? 4. If you can change it, then think about how. And then do that! About 1. Something like "my wife does not love me" is not the problem. The problem might be that you feel unhappy because you think your wife does not love you. Make it clear you think about the actual problem and not some undefined something. Many things are not important, or you can't change them. What's the point about thinking about these things? You just waste a lot of time. And if it is important and you can possibly change it, now then you have something important to actually think about.
