I was the OP on reporting the 3bb problems. Since when it seems to be running ok, but can develop a glitch around about 2200 for maybe 2 hours. Or so it seems. But has been ok for most of Eurosport, which you can get ad free on Sophon, and other UK and US sports and movie channels. 3bb were reporting cable damage only a few days ago as reasons for continuous buffering, so they appear to have changed their tune now things have improved.

I'm experiencing really bad buffering on almost every channel on my IPtv box. 3bb say an undersea cable has been severely damaged between Asia and Europe. Could be as a result of the crap going down in the middle east I guess. They say it could take weeks to fix. Anyone else experiencing this?
