  1. Not a single Thai hotel in the top 25 on TripAdvisor, and Swampy at 58th for airports on Skytrax. Hardly what you'd expect from Big Willy's Hubble bubble wet dream. https://www.ttrweekly.com/site/2024/04/tripadvisor-reviews-name-the-worlds-top-hotels/ https://www.ttrweekly.com/site/2024/04/skytrax-names-2024-top-airports/
  2. Usually there'll be a regional or global map with the cities with servers available. You can click on a city or select from a list if there is one. It will connect to wherever you select. You can experiment by connecting, running a speed test, then disconnecting and trying elsewhere. I don't use Proton, but it's how it works with Nord.
  3. I was the OP on reporting the 3bb problems. Since when it seems to be running ok, but can develop a glitch around about 2200 for maybe 2 hours. Or so it seems. But has been ok for most of Eurosport, which you can get ad free on Sophon, and other UK and US sports and movie channels. 3bb were reporting cable damage only a few days ago as reasons for continuous buffering, so they appear to have changed their tune now things have improved.
  4. The dogs have all been whipped into place. You want the ministry? Get in line!
  5. Is this what we can expect from Thai Examiner in future? Hysterical non scoops? How absurd!
  6. Yes, if your model works. But why then aren't you crying foul for every police general and all ranks below, if that's the way it works. Knocking off the top tiers of a pyramid has no effect on the stability of the pyramid. Remove all senior sergeants might have more of an effect. They seem to be involved in all things bent. Crucifying Hakparn won't achieve anything. He'll just be replaced by a stooge from party HQ, aka Tony Towers. Hakparn's the only hope, our man on the inside. Get rid of the cancerous cohorts!
  7. Yes, but damning him because he's a top cop just isn't good enough. How many senior policemen in Thailand go for the PM's jugular? How many went for Prayut's or Prawit's? Nobody dared. It's probably completely without precedent. I say go Hakkers, go, no holds barred. The pork Pie Party has fought dirty all along. Kick Big Willy in the nuts. He's had it coming a long time.
  8. Quite agree, but @spidermike007 makes it his prerogative to find this guy guilty before any trial has even been mooted. So, I find you guilty, spider, of all kinds of stuff because you're a foreigner, and we all know foreigners are all guilty as hell. So we're going to deport you. No, no appeal. No point protesting. This not your country. Go home. Next!
  9. Seems Community Federal Savings Bank is Wise's partner in the US. All the details are in your US $ account details.
  10. Because it wasn't there when I posted mine. Anyway, yours is just gross.
  11. My small dehumidifier extracts a litre every 24 hours. And I live in a partially sealed 40 sq m room.
  12. Everything running again for 24 hrs at least.
  13. Back up again. It's just lucky dip right now. Got Tour of Turkey on Eurosport 2 running fine.
  14. I'd love to hear his take on the Hakparn furore.
  15. It seems to be up and down. But more down than up.
  16. It's not the streaming service, it's the fibre optic cables themselves that have been compromised. I guess it's been on the cards for a long time that some group or other would sever the links. Maybe starlink is the only answer.
  17. Yes, but since then they managed to keep the link up somehow, I guess by rerouting. Now, it's all gone to hell. This morning was good, but that collapsed later. I tried Nord on my box but could get nothing at all, using Hong Kong and the US.
  18. Spoke too soon. Back to unwatchable on all channels, movies, sport whatever.
  19. Yes, it does with me too. I don't get why 3bb put out these wild stories then next day it's fixed. Sorry for the misinformation.
  20. Can I ask what channel she's watching?
  21. I'm experiencing really bad buffering on almost every channel on my IPtv box. 3bb say an undersea cable has been severely damaged between Asia and Europe. Could be as a result of the crap going down in the middle east I guess. They say it could take weeks to fix. Anyone else experiencing this?
