On a serious note however, what's not to like about this? If proper tests are carried out, I'm sure rubber could help.
Obviously a 150kph collision with a rubber post is going to be fatal but you can't prevent stupid. A slower collision though, would result in lesser injuries if cement was replaced by rubber, surely?
More money for farmers too, I'm always up for that.
The environmental impact too, natural rubber is better than cement.
One problem is rubber does not like ultraviolet rays, it deteriorates in many ways and looses many of it's elasticity properties, becomes brittle and can crumble.

Non-immigrant visa holders, such as business people who do not have any type of work permit, are now allowed entry, but they must have savings of at least Bt500,000 in the past six months.
Always about money!!! What about people married with families, it is high time that there is some semblance of order with regard to releasing data on who is allowed and who is not, at the moment people are unsure what the truth is, there should be One spokesperson who has the PM's authority to relate the true facts instead of all this uncertainty. IMO priority should be to unite families separated by this pandemic, followed by people who have the correct visa's/work permits in place and able to follow the strict entry rules. Then lets have a look at the others who wish to come here.

Separately, a group of 150 tourists from China’s city of Guangzhou will land in Phuket on October 8, before another group of 126 flies to Bangkok on October 25.
There is no way the Chinese will quarantine for 14 days, and the worst thing is we will not know who has and who has not been in quarantine as they are coached around everywhere they go, however once at their destination will be able to mix with others freely. IMO The 14 day isolation should not be violated by any tourists for the moment as it is a substantial safeguard .......!!!

This is common knowledge, the real reason is he was too rich to prosecute and is protected by the ultra rich people who don't want things to change ............!!!

I have read this article in the English news and still cannot understand how this happened, how can someone with his hands handcuffed behind his back not only shoot someone but then shoot himself, I was always under the impression the police would search someone for weapons prior to placing them in a police car and transporting them to any other facility, something not right here .........!!!!

In reality it will boil down to the various countries and their athletes to decide if they feel comfortable in competing in the games.

First question: How is the electricity for recharging these vehicles being generated? Second question: Will the extremely high import tariffs on EV's be reduced? Third question: Are they to blind to see the polution is being generated by old, poorly maintained and wornout trucks buses, pick-ups and 2 stroke motorbikes.....assisted by somchai burning rubbish, fields and anything else that burns.
Your first question is spot on, Thailand will fall short on the generation fact also the time it will take to ready the country with suitable electrical lines and terminations I'm sure has not fully been taken into consideration .................LOL

Sounds easy on the film clip but anyone with a little background knowledge will understand it better and realise what it really entails, even obtaining a flight is going to be problematic unless of course some business person has already designs on chartering flights at an exorbitant price of course. Also I hope the Thai travel company enlighten people as to the expenses they will incur for the isolation, before shopping online .............LOL

The confusing part as far as I am concerned is one minute the authorities are crying because there are no tourists in Phuket and the next Immigration is swamped with tourists trying to extend their visa's. It like the Covid situation; it is not here, but don't form crowds otherwise you will help spread the infection .........?????
