Non-immigrant visa holders, such as business people who do not have any type of work permit, are now allowed entry, but they must have savings of at least Bt500,000 in the past six months.

Always about money!!! What about people married with families, it is high time that there is some semblance of order with regard to releasing data on who is allowed and who is not, at the moment people are unsure what the truth is, there should be One spokesperson who has the PM's authority to relate the true facts instead of all this uncertainty. IMO priority should be to unite families separated by this pandemic, followed by people who have the correct visa's/work permits in place and able to follow the strict entry rules. Then lets have a look at the others who wish to come here.

Separately, a group of 150 tourists from China’s city of Guangzhou will land in Phuket on October 8, before another group of 126 flies to Bangkok on October 25.

There is no way the Chinese will quarantine for 14 days, and the worst thing is we will not know who has and who has not been in quarantine as they are coached around everywhere they go, however once at their destination will be able to mix with others freely. IMO The 14 day isolation should not be violated by any tourists for the moment as it is a substantial safeguard .......!!!

First question: How is the electricity for recharging these vehicles being generated?  Second question: Will the extremely high import tariffs on EV's be reduced?  Third question: Are they to blind to see the polution is being generated by old, poorly maintained and wornout trucks buses,  pick-ups and 2 stroke motorbikes.....assisted by somchai burning rubbish,  fields and anything else that burns.

Your first question is spot on, Thailand will fall short on the generation fact also the time it will take to ready the country with suitable electrical lines and terminations I'm sure has not fully been taken into consideration .................LOL
