Good for drumming up business for the rubber industry but as has been noted above, better policing and actively testing people for drunk driving would be better, in addition, have they completed tests to ascertain the impact of the sun on these rubber coverings? everyone knows how much damage the sun's rays have on rubber and covering concrete in rubber sheets I cannot imagine they will hold their protective properties for a very long period of time, maybe someone has large shares in rubber plantations ...............LOL

I have spoken to quite a few residents and none including myself & my wife were aware of any survey being carried out, must be a selective audience who were surveyed ................LOL

Unfortunately China will not give two hoots what anyone says, they consider themselves the Hi-So nation of Asia it would probably require all affected nations to unite as one and then I don't believe they would be too interested, a very selfish country.

Surely the hospital responsible for obtaining blood donations should be testing all blood for purity together with confirming blood type etc.
