The top institutional shareholders only have a little more than 3% of the outstanding stock.

Premchai is Managing Director and President.

Of the top 10 shareholders Premchai holds the most shares at about (to nearest whole share)15%, followed by Mrs. Nijaporn Charanachitta @ 7%; Mr. Wichai Wachirapong @ 4%; Thai NVDR Co., Ltd. @ 3%; Mr. Jesad Lertanuntanya @ 3%; and remaining five holding collectively 6%.

Thai NVDR Co., Ltd. is basically a stock brokerage holding Thai stock by its customers.

Expect NVRD's individual holdings in IT to be very fragmented and essentially meaningless in IT shareholder voting.

So in sum, a scenario by which Pramchai is suspended through shareholder action must develop more than 15% "shareholder votes" is possible - combined 14% sh votes by Charanachitta,  Wachirapong and Lertanuntanya plus 2% from any two of the remaining top 10 shareholders.

Pranchai might also be suspended by majority vote of the 10-member Board of Directors (that includes Pramchai) http://www.itd.co.th/about-directors.php But such depends on the articles of registration and shareholder agreement.

Thanks for the concise summary, well done.

I will expect it to happen shortly after I see that pig flying past my window....
