Driver License renewal
Due to the fact that I was staying in europe on that date, my driving licence expired on May 27 (5 years). If I understand correctly when I go for renewal now it would be almost for the duration of 6 years. But what I am wondering, do you have to get a certificate regarding your health somewhere first, and do I also have to visit immigration for fixing my residential address? Thank you in advance for your provided information.

Electric Bicycle Charging Sparks Condo Blaze in Pattaya – Fire Alarm Does Not Sound
Many blocks of flats have rooms on the ground floor used as bike storage areas, it could become a very big problem if everyone charges their electric bike's battery there.

SCB, no more exemption from facial recognition in app
That is a very wise decision, I am in a similar dilemma, and have also already invested some of my money in gold. But it is a fact that now in many countries around the world, banks are becoming increasingly difficult towards their customers, but they feel supreme, still.

Thailand Ready for Military Action Amidst Cambodia Border Tensions
Surely a ruling was clearly made by the international court in the Netherlands and Thailand accepted it at the time. Now Thailand is starting to be difficult again, trying to escalate the situation, in my opinion they are the war hitters and not Cambodia.

Upfront, I understand that it depends on compliance with it but wouldn't it be about time there was a law on loud mobile phone conversations.

Thai Police Launch Helmet Crackdown to Boost Road Safety

Using Agent at Immigration - good idea?
So you used that office. Next week, I also want to use their services on renewing my retirement extension. But have serious doubts regarding sending my passports (old and new) plus the bank book, you will lose it, then you have a big problem, or do they have their own courier service? How are your experiences with this?

New TDAC Form
Thanks for the answer, yes I have a multiple-entry.

New TDAC Form
A question regarding the new ‘TDAC’ form which has to be filled in before entry. I am currently in the Netherlands to obtain a new passport. I am leaving for Thailand again at the end of the week but have doubts about which passport number I should fill in on the form, as my retirement-extension is in the old passport. For this reason, I am afraid that if I fill in the new passport number, the retirement extension will not be seen and I will therefore be marked as a tourist. Does anyone have experience with this?

Do you love your Toyota Hybrid? You should
It is common knowledge that Toyota has long been known as the car with the fewest breakdowns, surely that says something about Toyota. Personally, I regret buying an Isuzu instead of a Toyota.

Do you love your Toyota Hybrid? You should
I also have that on my Isuzu MU-X, but have disabled all that for more or less the same reason. Disabling cannot be done programmatically so I painted the sensors behind the windscreen all black. Now I do get regular notifications to clean my windscreen but it doesn't bother me.

Gold, the undisputed "safe harbor". Or is it?
The advantage of gold is, it is soft and you can easily cut a piece off, so in time of need it is always useful....well buy a hacksaw.

Gold, the undisputed "safe harbor". Or is it?
Year after year after year, you get to see the same discussions about this, but I'm glad I listened to myself over the past 25 years and have now made quite a nice investment in that metal.

Is Now the Time to Go All-In on Silver—or Stick with Gold?
Maybe I misread but their website mentions a minimum amount of 5 baht, not 1,000 Thb. Minimum purchase.
