  1. "THERE IS not a clause written into the new organic bill governing MPs for extending the road map to an election,.."

Well, he's technically telling the truth since the "road map" has never had a fixed end point. The election, however, might be delayed :coffee1: It's all moot though because Big P can (read will) delay the election by waving his Art.44 wand which supercedes the NLA, constitution, and any other laws. :saai:

A ZIMBABWEAN family who have been stranded in the departure lounge at Suvarnabhumi International Airport for three months after refusing to return to their home country

If you refuse to leave a place you are NOT stranded :post-4641-1156693976:

As an aside, my Zimbabwean friend has just returned to Harare from a nice trip to Singapore and Cambodia. No problems at all. :saai:

i often see Africans ( once had a gf ..and i hung out for quiet some times among them ) even sympathic and understandable but most of times (99%) a stupid brainless mess...the country the people and the way they handle and organise life and their affairs....on an individual personal level  and on a government level as both are interwoven..( you always get the leaders and system that u deserve )

    "...a stupid brainless mess..."

An apt assesment of this post. :saai:

She had to get the court's interpreter who was interpreting the wrong answers," her sister Jayne Synclair said, speaking on BBC television.

So Jayne is fluent in Arabic then?

The family said Plummer had also been forced to sign Arabic-language documents which she did not understand.

So why didn't Jayne tell her what they meant? :saai:

Interesting point, which I hadn't known about: if the election cannot be completed by November, then Thailand will be chairing ASEAN in 2019. Then of course there can be no change of government in 2019...

    How frightfully inconvenient!

Sent from my KENNY using Thailand Forum - Thaivisa mobile app

Am I remembering incorrectly, or were there tons of Thailand 2020 ads back in 2014?

...I know that what I write is terrible but I cannot find one African country where the living conditions have improved for the general public after ending the rule of "the white man" (the worst case seems to be Zimbabwe)

Botswana's not doing too bad...oh wait, they never had the modern "foreign country ruling" problem to begin with :post-4641-1156694572:

  7. Why do these people (journalist and armchair detectives) always show all their cards. Instead of releasing the photo then ask the dick to clarify i.e. come up with an excuse within 30 days, they should ask him straight, "So we know your friend borrowed you the last watch, but have you ever worn or displayed another valuable watch that has not been declared?" He says "no" and then, and only then, do you show the photo.

Which implies it is only foreigners who leave trash behind on the beach. I look forward to the aquatic version that can sift out the floating (probably foreign), turds from the murky brown water too.

No, it implies that tourists leave trash. And that is a silly statement (because locals also litter) but it's a statement no more silly than your own, that suggests that only foreigners in a country can be tourists...tell that to the British chavs in Cornwall, or the Vaalies in Cape Town :stoner:
