  1. Finally somebody with knows what they're talking about My property agent said it's none of their business for the condo jurisdetic person to see the lease the lease is a private business matter between the co-owner and the tenant it's a private document and he suggested I go get a lawyer
  2. They're not doing anything extra have you been to the town hall in Chiang Mai I have been I have been in contact with them they're cracking down on illegal hotel businesses without a license. If you have a property agent they have a license to rent your room. not on Airbnb's or people running out their rooms for a month or three months or a year. I also would like to point out that the jurisdict person works for the cone co-owners she's not entity on to herself.

  9. You have to remember the jurisdict person works for me she works for all the co-owners in the building so I guess the only way to get to the bottom of these matters is attend the meeting and find out exactly what they're requiring from the co-owners

  11. Our condo juristic person wants copies of my lease contracts and the TM30 for the tenants in my condo that I owen, is this correct. She also told the property agent if she doesn't receive them by the next morning she's going to change the codes to the building for entrance.
  12. I have one question for you how would an agent know that your TM30 is up to date or not they don't have access to the landlord's online site? So again somebody's making a big trick over you.

  14. Depends what immigration office you're dealing with if you're dealing with pattaya then you need to have one but I'm sure if you're going back to the same address there's no need to do it. It takes the condo owner literally 30 seconds to do one online so I don't understand why they're charging any money or any fee to do it it's the responsibility of the landlord not your responsibility. To summit one online .
