It does not matter if you go early your extension will still be dated until 26 March 2020, so will be within the new regs. General consensus is your bank account will be checked at the next renewal, nothing to do with 90-day reports.

This is how it is stated in the original police order, makes no reference to first time or subsequent extensions.....had already decided to stick with the three month pre-seasoning to be on the safe side.

Its your UK bank which will run laundering checks and if you already make online transfers to your Bangkok Bank account then they will already have checked you out. For which reason better to transfer from Spain first and then Thailand. Pound is up against the Euro at the moment.

Think also you can't apply for a new passport until within nine months of old passport expiring.

No doubt turned up in a pick-up truck. Mine were friendly enough, even got a mobile number off one of them,

but would not want to mix with them if I was Somchai  who had been a bad boy.

You will find Lop Buri immigration very user friendly......so go in with a smile on your face. Also, as you are new to the game suggest you go in a collect the forms you will need to fill in and check what other info they will require....saves a lot of time on the day.

Kraft Mayo the only decent European style mayo. 

The great Khao Yai national park is about an hour away to the north.

Spectacular scenery, waterfalls and wildlife, plenty of other activities

in the area such as PB Valley vineyard etc.

Definitely give the floating market a miss, it is a cheap rip-off and as a

farang you will pay 200 baht entry fee Thais pay zilch.

Thanks...Clean to look at and the odd splash around by a seven year old kid.

Just completed a tiled mini garden pool measures 5x4 metre with 30 cm depth.

Missus has acquired some chlorine powder to keep water clear/clean,  but have no idea what measure of chlorine to add to this volume of water.
