He’s setting Powell up as the scapegoat for when his dubious tariff sojourn and voter support crumbles. By then, he and his cronies will have milked the turmoil for billions of dollars to line their own pockets and Powell will be dressed up and hung out to all the victims as the cause of their woes. Powell is going to be Trump and Co’s smokescreen to cover up their unadulterated financial debauchery of the US economy for their own gain.

Checkpoints are as effective as an ice cube in hell in reducing road deaths. They slow down the traffic adding to people’s impatience in getting from A to B which then adds to the problem. A very lazy and ineffective way to manage the traffic problems.

I recall a flight from Sydney to Mumbai with Qantas in 2004. The toilets were disgustingly filthy with used toilet paper strewn all over the place in the toilet and out into the cabin. Poor cleaners..

I concur. If one can not take on board, what amounts to constructive criticism, then progress is stifled.

I, personally, agree with the Thai real estate policy. If they opened up for foreigners to buy into their real estate market prices would soar and almost every Thai person would be locked out of the market unable to compete with foreign investors. It would be an absolute sh!t show and they would be slaves within their own country.

Only one winner here. It took Trump and Putin 90 minutes of conspiring to come up with a plan to hurt Ukraine whilst giving the upper hand. Energy facilities are the best value targets in the way of oil refineries for Ukraine to put any pressure on Putin. This is a plot to ensure Ukraine has reduced bargaining power so Russia and the US can share in the spoils. Ukraine is an inconvenient impediment and this is a calculated attempt in removing it from the face of the planet.

He couldn’t give a rat’s arse. He continues down this path for his own gain and not because he cares about all of his “blind” supporters. Bring on the mid-terms.
