  1. This could well be the issue, package not accepted by Thailand.
  2. If you've never used it as a Rabbit card before you may run foul of KYC (Know Your Customer) which requires you to "register" the card using your passport or (hopefully, I've not tested it) pink ID. It's a one-off task and an AMLO requirement.
  3. Yes, this is another real product. There was even a UK version.
  4. Ours was ants, the little mini ones that seem to like electric fields. They are definitely non-conductive when smashed between the contacts and resist all conventional methods of removing them.
  5. If it's not causing you any issues then I'd leave it alone. Your source impedance is about 1.25 ohms, about twice ours, well over what would be normally considered acceptable. But as I said, if it's not giving you issues why worry?
  6. 555, for Madam it's her koi No.1 followed very closely by her plants. The fish have redundant water pumps and air pumps and I'm in trouble if I don't sort any issues in double-quick time. If the fish start floating rather than swimming ... If the pressure isn't too high I bet you could set something up with a vertical return pipe which didn't operate until the tank float closed. There are just soooooo, many ways to address this problem. Task A. Install a float valve at the tank.
  7. I'd go with the float valve and pressure tank / pressure switch at the pump. The problem will be that your pressure switch will be designed to switch 220V AC rather than the DC from your panels, it will certainly work, but how long will it last is the question (if it fries in short order then a relay, probably solid-state, will be needed, not rocket science). I'd switch the panel input to the controller rather than the pump itself (I'm assuming this is a batteryless system). Does the controller have any sort of on/off input which can be used with the pressure switch? By the way, a centrifugal pump operating into a closed line won't blow up or fry, what will happen is that the energy will heat up the water in the pump, probably not what you need. How about a pressure relief valve at the pump so when the float valve closes the pump just dumps back to source? I bet that you could modify a regular non-return valve to open at a higher pressure, new spring needed.
  8. Here's the original Groundwire.pdf groundwire.pdf And the updated version Groundwire Mk2 book-Manual.pdf Assuming a 15/45 meter then 100m will need 35mm2 copper or 50mm2 aluminium (the Al is less likely to develop the wanderlust in the night and will likely be much cheaper). Singles on the poles simply because that's what they do and the cable is far cheaper.
  9. Agree ^^^, risky. What you might try would be to "rent" the car for the value of the installments and then complete the purchase when the loan is paid off. Probably a non-starter as the current "owner" probably needs the $$$ urgently, but if you don't ask ...
  10. Thanks, it's big and red, I don't see red on a Sunday morning And it does seem to be only African countries at least for now. Google Translate of the Thai for point 2:-
  11. Does anyone have a link to that actual text on the tp.consular site, it's early on a Sunday and I can't find it ????
  12. And I thought the Fiat Multipla was hideous!!!! Spot any resemblance? Maybe there were some spare body shells.
  13. Yes, as @blackprince notes. BUT (there's always a BUT), you must use approved everything including installer which pushes up the cost significantly and the feed-in rate isn't exactly attractive. There's also a massive stack of paperwork required of course. Another member @Thaifish has been waiting a l-o-n-g time for his feed in meter.
  14. I've edited the topic title to be more specific. Sadly I have no idea whether you can or not ????
  15. Personally I wouldn't. Not only for the possibility that it might be "less-than-genuine", but anything that has any sort of radio transmitter could attract the attentions of the licencing authorities leading to requests for type approvals and import licences. I'd just buy here from a local seller.
  16. Mine is still working after the upgrade without having to log in again. Try turning your phone off and on again then re-starting the app. The password should be the one you set when you first logged in to the app.
