  2. My parent's place and that's where they sent the notification.
  3. Barclays gave me the chop 10 years or so back, and I hadn't told them I live here. The only explanation they gave was that they had "determined" I wasn't UK resident. Nationwide are still playing ball, if they take their ball away, I do have a Lloyds International Sterling (and USD and Euro) account.
  4. Looks good, thanks for sharing, a few photos of your installation would be appreciated. I've fixed your units (kW and kWh) for less confusion. Is your storage LiFePO4 or NMC(Li-ion)? Did you install any surge (lightning) protection, DC breakers, etc?
  5. I just completed this quiz. My Score 70/100 My Time 99 seconds
  6. Mice!! As in computer
  7. I used to buy the gold and red Panasonic AA and AAA cells from Lotus's they always lasted a goodly while in keyboards, rodents, clocks, remotes etc. Lately Lotus's have only carried Kodak branded batteries, so, needing batteries, of course I bought them. They just don't seem to last as well as the Panasonic ones, I'm not mad enough to log when I replace batteries but ... So, is it just me or ... Sorry Lotus's but I've bought a big box of the Panasonic ones on Lazada.
  8. My understanding is that the straight threads are BSP and tapered are NPT.
  9. I had all these, how about you? The head came off the green hippo (IIRC). I wanted a Big Trak but never got one 😞
  10. I'm sure he has a gardener.
  11. Madam, who is an authority on these things (yeah, right), says she will last 6 months. You can almost see the strings!
  12. You should have only one N-E link per installation, and it should be at the supply inlet. You can call each building an installation, so put a MEN and a rod at each control box. The CUs in rooms A1-A6 shouldn't have links. I'm assuming here that their earth is distributed from Control Box A. Having those extra N-E links isn't going to be a danger but it's not to code and if you have RCD/RCBO in Control Box A then you may have issues with them constantly tripping. The CUs in rooms B1-B6 don't need links. I'm again assuming here that their earth is distributed from Control Box B (which should have a MEN).
