What happens in the likes of my Umpteen cases where Thai's have smashed into me, or my property and their their excuse is........ "Sorry no have Money," and no Insurance Is the norm..for repairs, taking them to Court just makes your bill bigger when they tell the Judge the same story...& yet they arrive at the Court on a brand new Motorbike ( Red plates) that the've just bought on the never never....

Bar scene maybe diminishing in South Pattaya. probably due to increasing rents, but where i live in the Dark side of Pattaya, sadly (for me), its growing, albeit slowly, but its definately growing...

I think the Bar scene is the biggest part of Pattaya economy, certainly bigger than Water Parks, Floating markets, Go cart tracks, and the few that go to Pattaya to play Golf, those places jumped on the band wagon of visiting bar scene Tourists
