    Yes it is legally required, & so is road tax, but not many Thai's follow the legal route as in the case of the motorbike that hit my wife's car, no tax, no licence no insurance, damage to my wife's car which our insurance had to pay, and no charges brought to the bike owner from the police

    A friend has just moved into a high floor Condo, right next door to a large Temple, but not high enough he thinks, as he has just noticed the Chimney & the Smoke from some person who has just been Cremated, thankfully the day he noticed it the wind was in the opposite direction, time to move out before the wind changes

    It usually happens this time of year just before High season kicks in that, lost & returned wallet's with many Thousands of Baht enclosed is usually reserved for the back seats of Taxi's and their honest Driver's, but this is also a plug for Moo Deng
