" "If DNA from B2 were found inside Ms. Witheridge, it would seem they had sex; which, of course does not prove rape"

I think, if I was you, that I would edit this while you have the chance, otherwise it will surely draw ridicule!!

Why don't you read what you wrote again and try to see the errors in your words."

Lucky, you seem a bit confused. Are you saying a man's DNA evidence inside a woman means rape? If that were the case my poor ill-informed friend, almost all sex would be rape.

No!! I am not saying that at all. I am questioning how having found the B2's DNA (semen) inside Hannah Witheridge that it didn't necessarily constitute or amount to rape - in this partcular case!! Do you think that it was consensual sex? Please don't say "well, it it is possible".

You do seem to have problems. What are you saying? You deny saying any time DNA (semen) is found inside a woman it means rape. Yet, you question it not being rape. Fine, you question it; so must most others, including me, but that does not mean it is true. Would you execute two people on your question?

Smotherb... you are the one who's confused...

This is exactly what Lucky11 said, I Quote "If DNA from B2 were found inside Ms. Witheridge, it would seem they had sex" Nothing more lucky stopped here with a ";"

But he goes on to say further "Of course does not prove rape" he is saying having sex does not or should not lead us to a rape conclusion!

In plain words for you, Having sex with someone does not hit at, lead to or even in any way shape or form mention anything about rape! Usually when someone is the victim of a rape crime the have incriminating bruising located in various areas of their body, including the Vaginal area. Which were absent in this case.

I think everyone on Thai Visa would be happy to chip in and buy you a new pair of glasses!

  2. On the contrary, there is a photograph of Shark man and other members of the football team he was playing for in that weekend's tournament, out and about in the bars that night, still wearing their football strip. In fact I have a feeling David may have even been in the same picture. Anyone got it?, although I don't know if it's worth showing again as they will just move on to something else

This is the one I think

Yes that's it. Shark man bottom right

Hey did they not say when this all started if you think or look back at all the pertaining posts. That Camera in Bar was not functioning? Only the one out side in front???

  3. First... a definition:

    From a free online dictionary....

Murder is the killing of another human being without justification or valid excuse, and it is especially the unlawful killing of another human being with malice aforethought.[1][2][3] This state of mind may, depending upon the jurisdiction, distinguish murder from other forms of unlawful homicide, such as manslaughter.

Most societies, from ancient to modern, have considered murder a very serious crime deserving harsh punishment for purposes of retribution, deterrence, rehabilitation, or incapacitation. There are many reasons why murder has been criminalized, including its costs to society as well as being considered intrinsically wrong.[4] For example, murder may be considered intrinsically wrong because it violates a right to life or is oppressive; murder may be costly to society by undermining law and order, by squandering potential accomplishments of the victims, by risking escalation of violence, or by spreading fear and grief.[4]

In most countries, a person convicted of murder is typically given a long prison sentence, possibly a life sentence where permitted. In other countries, the death penalty may be imposed for such an act – though this practice is becoming less common.[5]

    Now lets back up....

What if in real time this is what happen: Hannah Witheridge consented to have sex with one (or both of the ledged) killers, they then parted ways. This act was viewed by someone else or group so they killed Hannah, David witnessed this act of Murder and was then also murdered to dispose of any witnesses. How old is the semen they recovered from Hannah's body... you can tell age of stem cell. Is it Older then time of death? Is it much newer... maybe inserted in body to connect Zaw or Wai to Hannah, was it mixed with her fluids? or was it a stand a lone substance. Which would mean her body was flushed to remove every trace of anything else that was present. It would be very unusual if Male fluids resulting from the act of Intercourse were not mixed with the female fluids! Very... Extremely Odd! Is it newer then time of death? Was sex act not performed before or after her death? The fact that DNA was found in her body does not in this case lead us to believe the male partner was the Murderer! Was David Gay? Was his stomach and body cavities searched for traces of foreign DNA? Remember this Is Thailand anything is possible at this stage here....

The fact that the Hoe was determined to be weapon used in murder, and the explicit fact that neither Zaw Lin Wai Phyo's DNA was found on it should have been a Red Flag! Sure there could have been intercourse that evening... But this is in no way a lead to say they are the Murderers! Who's DNA was Found on Hoe... it was never disclosed?

But... Suppose... (at this point this is the only thing the courts found them guilty and charged the pair with Murder)

Suppose Hannah was approached earlier by someone else, who wanted to have sex with her and she rebutted. This person or persons witnessed her have commissioned the act with either Zaw or Wai and became enraged! Enraged enough to Murder her after the Boys left.... Then David as he returned and witness the crime being committed....

There is nothing to tie Zaw or Wai to Hannah except a sex act was completed... this is not Murder! There were no Bruising in the Vaginal area concurrent with rape... No display she was being restrained in anyway... Intercourse is not a crime unless committed against the will of another. Certainly cannot be compared at same level with Murder!

The weapon (The Hoe) is connected to someone else, not the Boy's... QUESTION... WHO???

  4. How did the DNA tests come out? Oh... yeah... Thai perps.... never mind. "A rule that is not enforced ceases to be a rule". Seems to apply regarding murder of farangs in Thailand. Many Thais too, of course.

The DNA does not prove murder in this instance.

It simply identifies the weapon that was used to stab the German.

There could be a reasonable explanation why the weapon needed to be used.

    Self-defense.

Yeah, right. There were only five of them and the guy was unarmed. So stabbing him was more than justified.

Hate to say it mate, but your defense of any Thai accused of any crime, borders on delusion. Keep it up if you want, it's good to have alternative opinions aired, but you've reached the point of making yourself look a bit silly, and it reduces the effect of any valid points you might try to make.

    Simple fact:

DNA does NOT equate to murder.

I provided an example of just such an instance. In this case, DNA only identifies the discovered weapon was the weapon used to stab the German. The prosecution must build the case as to why the stabbing was murder. Thats the way the Judicial system works most places amigo.

The only silly thing here is guys like you not thinking before you post.

Silly but all too common on TVF.

    OKAY.....

If you stab someone and they Die...

They Died not of natural causes...

They Died because you and you alone stabbed them...

This is murder until proven otherwise... You have it backwards!

Now we have a weapon, from which we have successfully extracted the DNA of the person who used such weapon, to commission the Act of Murder.

To further this, If two Humans are commissioned to create acts of Violence against each other, thus resulting in in the use of a weapon to commit the death of the other, This is Murder. Commissioned as such anywhere else in the world it seems except Koh Samui.

  5. 'Public transport failure'

Fact No 2: More money is being pumped into public transport than is warranted given the number of people using it.

The Airport Rail Link is used by some 17 million people a year, and Bt33 billion is invested in it.

The Chao Phraya River and the Klong Saen Saep boat services serve more than 29 million people a year, but only Bt70 million is invested in them.

    ----------------------------------

But the boat services don't go to the Airport.

This comparison is ridiculous for a number of different reasons.

What might be a Income increasing game would be to change passengers on Public Transportation to use Bus Tokens... More then once a day I have seen the Employees collecting money and issuing tickets. Slide Bills (money) into a personal hid-a-way. Increasing their personal Daily Income. Put Token Exchangers at Out Side all 7/11's and in all public places. If this is tried for one year I can assure you that Profit (s) would increase. Would not be surprised if increases of over 75% suddenly appeared. This would eliminated Employees handling Cash! Using 2 employees or a Security Officer to Load and Empty Machines would minimize anyone Handling any Monies. Even to have machines dispense sealed cash bags only loading of tokens would be a manual duty. Doing this daily would show and allow comparison's with previous Daily collections.

I have been issued stamps that I could not read as being either damaged or counterfeit... I am sure when, Employees decides to use, the money collected does not go in the till!

Investigate or try... Even daily dispensed Tokens, if purchaser never uses all, still shows as Daily income for Department. I believe you will find about a 2/3rds of purchases daily match collected Tokens. Making it one Token for each rider, one value!

You would have accurate and current usage of Service. One Token... One person... For those of you concerned about length of ride there could be 3 different color Tokens (Blue.. White.. Red), Each having it's own face value. Still One Token...One User! 3 Zones, One Color Token for each.... Easy! Actual cash value of each in case of Theft 1/100000 of a Baht! (someone bringing in 100,000 of these for One Baht... HaHa!)

  6. Like any visa - it can be transferred into a new passport.

Immigration could change the laws at any time which means they could cancel the Visa.

As ukrules mentioned - Thai Elite was threatened with closure a few years ago. During that period (a few months) no new visa's were issued, existing visas were honoured.

The service is good - there are threads running which members have commented on their levels of satisfaction which basically boils down to how much they value their time and how they value avoiding the hassles associated with application and renewal of other long term visas.

    Airport transfer is very handy.

The free (included) yearly medical is useful - it encourages me to take a medical yearly !

The Golf & Massage are just 'dressing' but handy if you play golf and have friends to play with who are also members or don't mind paying for some of the more expensive courses.

    Wrong!

Valid Visas are never transferred !

A valid visa remains valid even within an expired passport. It is necessary to present both old and new passports to immigration if travelling.

Absolute rubbish!!!! New passport last week and had to transfer my existing valid visa to my new passport.

The last statement is correct! I have USA Passport before it expired I went to Consulant here in Chiang Mai applied for new, as them for letter to requesting Courtesy Help at Thai Immigration to transfer existing Visa to new Passport, which I was given (I am on my 3rd Passport). When New Passport arrived I took it and letter to Thai Immigration... With a smile they happily complied. Other then getting queue number and waiting till called was very quick and painless!

  7. Since I have old bike frame, and new. Old bike frame will be totally recycled. Since I have used engine and have green book... Why can I not also transfer frames serial number also? Thus keeping it as same bike. I have receipt for both. I have certified letter that old frame had to be replaced because of severe damage. It will not be new bike, just repaired to make street safe.

  8. Okay using first bike was out of the question as engine ended up cracked.

So I bought another one from Bike shop that had purchased in Police Auction here in Chiang Mai. I have sales receipt for bike and engine, also original green book! As I stated in beginning at first post here I have built a frame, it has no serial number. Matching engine from green book is installed in frame. Green book is in original owners name and may not be able to find him. But I have receipt of purchase in my name and address with bike serial and engine serial numbers, also dated February this year. Can I take receipt and pay tax this year? What about stamping serial number on Custom frame and keeping it same manufacturer as the original bike was. The original frame is totally trashed and sold to scrap yard, serial number was deleted from this metal and frame was cut up into same pieces to enable hauling to junk yard in trunk of car. I have if needed certified letter stating original frame was damaged beyond safe legal repair and needed new frame.

  9. I hope I can get correct Information on steps and forms needed to complete this ordeal:

I purchased a Suzuki from Motorcycle Shop that they purchased in Police Auction. I have bill of sale in my name and original Green book for Suzuki. Bike was Total wreck but the only one I could find with decent Electric start and all basic controls and wiring harness intact. I built a Custom Frame which of course is void any frame serial number. Frame is stretched lowered to match same wheel base as Harley. I used complete Honda NSR 250 rear fork and Disc Brake system, plus a lengthened Suzuki front fort and triple tree giving me factory front disc brakes. I have used the Original Engine that matches Serial Number in Green book, Build is now completed using LED Tail light and Brake light, Also LED turn indicators. Bike wiring has been modified to break it into 3 circuits

1: Main fuse total wiring plus Security system Alarm.

2: Head light and Turn Indicators plus horn.

3: Tail light and Brake light plus ignition.

Motorcycle is under 150cc. Uses fat rear tire on 17x4.25 spoked rim and Fat front tire on 18x2.25 spoked rim.

Clearly making to move from the antiquated fork / Shocks front and rear. Going from drum to complete front / rear Disc Brakes Halogen Headlights and LED lights has improved Braking and Visibility 150%.

Now I need to go next step. Since I trashed a totally unusable frame. Can I transfer Original Serial Number to this frame? Since this and Engine Serial number are logged in Green book. Or do I need to go thru a different Process? and what forms are needed?post-154339-0-07385500-1446114965_thumb.

  10. Before anyone continues to Bash the Wives or Husbands of the deceased Be Reminded of this:

To get your SSI funds here SSA has stipulations.

    1. In Retirees name only, No such thing as a Joint SSI account!

    2. No ATM, Debit or Credit Card can be attached to this account!

    3. Retiree to Draw from account needs to be present in the flesh, with Passport and Bank Book! Only one who can Debit this account is one pictured in Passport and Signature must match withdrawal slip and hidden Signature in Bank Book!

If Married (Legal Marriage with documents) originals copies on file with account at Bank. Bank has copies on file. So they have already in their hands complete instructions on what they are to do when they are presented with all Account information and certificate of Death. SSA also knows at the creation of account who the Survivor is, so any delay here or extra Paperwork/Costs is not warranted!! Bank Knows this so does the SSA. If you are having issues they will go to Bat for you! Bank wants to stall... They could loose the certification to entitling them to receive this influx of U.S. Currency. This has nothing to do with Children, everyone entitled to any Benefits upon the Death of receiver are named on all contained Paperwork. Also Spouse needs to forward any documents of death to SSA. So SSA can switch (Change) to correct entitlement for everyone affected. Once approved SSA will forward papers for survivor to present to Bank approving the release of funds to the survivor.

Those who say oh... someone cannot be trusted... Have no Clue! Full of BS!! The set-up of these accounts if wanted is Mandated by SSA. Has nothing to do with what you or anyone else thinks of your Spouse! At the Time Mine was set-up Bangkok Bank was the only approved Bank designated to receive SSI Funds. There was a Benefit... The Wireless Deposits are made to Bangkok Bank, New York-N.Y. The exact time the Deposit is received it will show up here in Thailand, You will also get a Phone Text Message from Bangkok Bank of the deposit, Total US Funds received, Exchange Amount and Rate of Exchange it was converted at and what fee was charged at receiving end in N.Y. Will show up on Up-Date of Bank Book when scanned/updated.

There are a lot of speculations as to why these Account were mandated to be setup this way. I think it had a lot to do with Fraud at all ends of the spectrum, Not because of Wife! This starts from Bank, Post, Family, Thieves etc.

  11. As I've said before, Thai male maturity stops at around age 12.

Your being conservative. The average Thai male is raised by his mommy. Not many that I've met have a strong father figure to teach them how to be men. If they are lucky, they go into the military and get their first taste of manhood there. Or they find their way into some other organization that teaches them responsibility and discipline, like Muay Thai, or being raised as a young monk in a monastery. Barring military experience, or crossing paths with another Thai male that does have discipline, most never mature. Mommy (Mae) never insists that their child become responsible. Mommy takes care of all of that. And once in school, doting female teachers pick up where mommy leave off. They are physically men, but mentally? Don't kid yourself, this is a strong matriarchal society at the level of family and school. The illusion of Thai masculinity is just that: an illusion for most. Hence, it's difficult for them to accept responsibility, no less exert personal discipline. This may sound like I'm painting with a broad brush, but I've lived directly in the Thai community for quite a long time. I've never 'lived' in farang communities; I've lived in strictly Thai community since coming here. So, speaking from experience, not some preconceived notion.

Hmm.. Is this why you see Thai Lady always driving Vehicle? Today I tried to substantiate this:

100 trucks viewed at driven by me:

    92 Female drivers

    8 Male Drivers

100 cars Viewed during same time span:

    96 Female Drivers

    4 Male Drivers

    100 Motorcycle Drivers:

    45 Female Drivers

    55 Male Drivers

This seems to correlate the following:

(as far as it applies to Thai Nationals)

Women seemed to be far more rational to the Safety and Value of their Investment (Truck). Wanting it to return to family residence in one piece! Smart enough to know the Level of the Male Mentality of the Male Thai National (I respect that judgement on their part... A truck is much bigger then a Gun, can also be used as weapon of choice!). The same appears to be the same when it comes to the use of Cars.

When it comes to motorcycles result is almost equal to who is driver. I give the Female Gender here the vote on this for two reasons.....

    1. Letting your Husband/Boyfriend is cheap way to dispose of him.... Cheaper than a Divorce...

    2. They are smarter to know when to get out of the Weather. Example: It is Rainy Season... Honey.. can yo go to 7-11 get some Coconut Milk...? Take the Motorcycle it is easier to park, You are so Professional at Driving it. (After he leaves... She goes to Buddha Room and Prays that he not come home... reaching down turns off her Cell Phone...)

  12. Defib

In an answer to your question.... No! Should not make it an issue. She may ask you to take out a Life Insurance Policy here... Thus making you a more desirable Asset! This way if something did happen... She would be compensated for her support of you. Don't worry this answer will probably get some off-the-wall answers...

But there are lots of "Good Thai Women" who would love to have the chance to meet you. As you meet us Expats here, you can introduce her (Whoever is the lucky lady) to our wives and let them quiz her about her interest in you... If its in your best interest to eventually live together, and she proves to be your new best friend! Do plan on getting Married, this will give her incentive to be your best Partner yet. By doing this and I think the time span is 5 years if any. She can also get Benefits from Social Security if one day she loses you. If you pick and choose wisely and listen to your friends here you will not have to worry about any wrong doing on her part. She will believe Buddha has directed you into her life, thus everyday believe she is blessed!

Only pick one though! Contrary to anything you might have heard. The Ladies here with good upbringing will not tolerate a Mia Noi (2nd wife or Girl Friend) As some have commented she might hand you a Condom and say enjoy... when you return that evening you have a 98% chance of everything you own, being trashed! Locks being changed... you being left out... without a home! Believe me when I say this the most expert Creatures on Gods Green Earth with a Knife... are "Thai Women"... If you have ever the chance to see one... Slice any of the sausage's here.... take this with a grain of salt! Probably the most important thought you can muster here, and continue to enjoy your Retirement... Together!

    Good Luck!

  13. Okay, here is your answer...

If you purchased Phone in Thailand. and can use any of the Thai simcards (carriers) this is telling me your Samsung is unlocked!!! okay? I know for a on file fact, that you can go to ATT, T-Mobile and other carrier that operate on GSM Net Work.... (Use Sim Cards) and your phone will work!! The trick is it must be unlocked. If you bought phone outright and can use any Sim from any carrier here in Thailand.... Phone is unlocked

Over the past 12 years I have done this with multiple phones purchased here....

    O2 XDA Flame

    Samsung

    Net (Tablet/Phone from Big C)

1+1 Cyanogen (Purchased from China online - Google Phone) (Now being sold in USA)

    Apple 3, 4, 5, 6 all worked! Tablets and I-Phones

Verizon is a CDMA network (I retired from them as Senior Cellphone Tech) and their phone will not work here unless specific procedures followed. As phones have no simcard, they might be able to roam here under specific procedures.

But 99.9% of the Phones / Tablet combos purchased here and can be used with different Carrier GSM Sim Cards will work in USA and yes you can buy a Monthly card or add sim to existing Account. Again if phone was purchased here (Thailand) with an account and you are paying monthly for service, 98% chance your phone is locked to use with this specific Carrier. You must insure phone is paid for 100% then you can get it unlocked, it will then be able to use Sim from anywhere in the World>

I Hope This Answers your Question!

  14. Hi Guys...

Need help finding an old Honda C95. Looking for complete Engine. Don't care if bike wrecked rusted-up what ever as long as engine complete. Will consider even if engine locked up, as long as complete. Do not want classic good looking as I will salvage engine for project... Classic needs to remain Classic!

This is a 2 cylinder, 4 stroke bike. if there are several would consider more than one bike to get all parts needed.

    David

  15. There is a difference....

Doing something and sticking to the plan.... is not the Same as:

We said we were going to do this... Then Backed down when we were against an Industry that was going to go on Strike if we Implemented the Plan... Saying it is still on the books to do something.....cheesy.gif So now what is wrong with them going on Strike? They are going to loose the Export Trade anyway with what is being discussed abroad now anyway.... "Go on strike" Because if you don't your fish is going to rot here as no-one is going to buy.... I would have called the Industries Bluff!! Now Government by not doing anything is placing a Rotten Stigma to any Thai Seafood. <deleted>!!! Oh I guess this is the Limits to Thai Male thinking??? Maybe we need more standup Females who are not looked at as 2nd Class to finally be able to Correct a Social Problem and gain the respect of the Thai Majority... Actually cleaning up some of the B.S. that has been piling up here for years. When they do... Thai Citizens will finally see the light of day and "To disagree" when the alternative answer is the correct one.wai2.gif

    thumbsup.gif

If you wanted Higher status on TIP report.... saying your "going to do something"! Is 180 degrees from "Doing something" There is nothing lost in this translation... Nothing to hide behind as an excuse here... Europe and the U.S. saw the results quite plain as Day!

Now I think someone is going to have to explain to the P.M. that this Ministers B.S. answer before and followup actions resulted in this. Mr. P.M. I think a Cabinet Shuffle here is more then over due... Request this Minister to explain to the Country why his actions resulted in these results....clap2.gif

  16. i just dont understand, dont they know the growth rate of tourism here, tat should run this airline

    heh heh.

its probably a real move to stop or slow the bleeding.

but it is terribly managed. I stopped flying them years ago, along with many others.

and it is a very competitive marketplace. it is not easy to operate an airline. it requires huge investment in assets and maintenance. these issues alone demand competent management. dealing with the competition is another.

they have to exist - Thailand needs a national carrier for many reasons. there are many locations that need service, and so many state employees, officers, retired employees, families, and so on that need tickets, etc. and everyone wants a free ticket.

so, it will go on making a loss with the money coming from the national coffers, until forever.......

No truer words ever said...... It has been this way for years.... The free ticket gig has been reported for years.... Call it bad management in my opinion.......

And it is true, their prices have always been double.... Suck it up Thai Airways, because there nothing more to suck up.....

    cheesy.gifcheesy.gifcheesy.gifcheesy.gif

What a shame..... Or maybe, it is ok, it is about time......

I recently returned from USA.... on a Eva Flight. Seattle to Taipei. we had a minimum of 18 Stewards/Stewardess staffing plane. Taipei to Bangkok no less then 16... Full service meals and care for passengers, wine or beer as an free option... all the coffee you could drink...(I Love Hot Coffee !!) Kids were given Ice Cream... Free! 5 hr layover in BKK waiting a flight to Chiang Mai... Nothing to eat (arrived at little before 1100hrs and connecting flight left at after 1700hrs...

Here is Thai Cost Savings... Thai Air mind you now. We had a full plane, every seat filled! 6 Stewardess... 3 I believe should have been retired (age) or using walkers... meal was tuna or chicken salad (1/2 Sandwich) fruit cup, small stale cake I think, could not tell it was too hard! I asked for coffee... was told they had none.... if I wanted tea... I wanted something hot to dip the cake in to make it chewable.... Well sorry tea was lukewarm at its best. ( was probably heated some where in terminal... definitely not on plane, I would have been better asking for a glass of water... would have been same temperature! Lady sitting next to me asked for ice... she got a cube! 3/4x3/4 inch would have overstated the size... she could not get another.

Point being this was a 707... how many seats? and total boarded passengers at 1,100 Baht for economy class what was total revenue pocketed with less then a output of 30-50 baht expense per seat....???? They are not making money? Flight was a little over 1 hr, Who pocketed the profit?

I was seated next to this very pretty Thai Lady... she told me she had tried to buy Luxury seating was told there was none available... so she took the open seat, which happened to be seat "B" I was in "C". I gave her mine (we exchanged so if she needed restroom she would not have to ask me to move (I did not want someone taking a picture of this Beautiful lady tring to climb over my lap... I knew who she was and about 20 minute into flight one of the Younger Stewardess recognized her also... I was pleased to do anything I could for this Thai Actress (She signed the face of my ticket- Autograph...) and I opened my backpack and shared My stash of peanutbutter Oreos with her. Since I have been home she has visited me and my wife twice... I have 2 Bottles of Hennessey VSO as gifts from her, as she said my Customer Service excelled that of the flight we had shared....

Is this the normal, average or was something else going on... certainly wasn't because I was not Thai... My neighbor certain was and I was ashamed of the way she was treated and tried to make amends......

Wish EVA flew to Chiang Mai... Oh... and the Lady next to me? Yes... She paid for her seat! although I am certain beyond a Doubt if she had show an ID she would have been given one... maybe not next to me.... hmmm!

  17. I am almost certain that the initial DNA tests were not performed in Thailand I think Singapore The story seems to change as it goes along

Reports since last Sept have said testing has been carried out by the Police Forensic Institute in Bangkok.

    OK!

Since my first Post to this was BLOCKED! I will try to reword it.....

"Was not the original DNA Testing done in Singapore???"

Why and how did the Thai Police get credit and under what Authority were they even Authorized?

Does it not take 24 hrs for Lab's to complete each test of each DNA Sample for a correct comparison?

I do not know a any Country in the World where "B.S. doesn't Stink" Manure is a smelly substance regardless of where it came from....

Yes it was... Because Equipment in Thailand at the time was Broken! I will answer this myself so I don't get trolled and subject get smothered and changed!

I also believe there are residual samples in storage at Lab in Singapore.... This should spark some interest for a few... and maybe some fear in others...

If these do not match what was presented as Evidence in Court!

Does it not take 24 hrs for Lab's to complete each test of each DNA Sample for a correct comparison?

I do not know a any Country in the World where "B.S. doesn't Stink" Manure is a smelly substance regardless of where it came from....

  20. I am almost certain that the initial DNA tests were not performed in Thailand I think Singapore The story seems to change as it goes along

Reports since last Sept have said testing has been carried out by the Police Forensic Institute in Bangkok.

    ????

Were not the samples sent off to Singapore????

    Because Thailand's equipment was broken....

Also does it not take 24 hrs to complete the DNA tests to get accurate results???

Who gave the authoritarian approval for the Thai Police to do any analysis and to further publish their results as being Completely accurate???

I finally had to speak-up,,, Because of some of the most Idiotic Statements being presented here.... Hoping the Public doesn't know the difference.... In any Country... "Bullshit Stinks!"

  21. Here is the slammer on this issue:

When being voted in as In this case I will use the Office of Prime Minister. Before you can be seated your appointment must be approved By the King, Queen or Regent... Fact !

So would not any offense committed by the Prime Minister be a "Slap" against the Royal Seat? Or in other words a pure and simple case of Lese Majeste??

and why has it been ignored by the Judical and Military Systems here? Any conviction under these grounds would certainly also convey a Lifetime Ban on any attachment to any Political Office.

Lets see if this is ignored again, and on what grounds...

David, surely by such logic you would agree that removal of the PM without explicit royal approval would constitute a grave offence?

    No....

and basing it on this fact.

To follow rules of Law... People in the position to enforce, would be mandating such a movement to be made, or have to answer also or be affiliated with protecting the guilty. What you are suggesting is that if the removal of the PM if it wasn't in fact in the Royal favor... We would have had comments made from the Palace. In fact just the opposite... It seems that General P. was give the Blessing from the Royal House after taking office and a lengthy Royal meeting. This was in fact Pictured and Documented.

There is no need to award someone for doing what needed to be done. There is a face facture here that was approval to take the country on this path, an agreement to continue and do what is right.

There is no movement to show the Population that the Elite are also mandated by the same laws as the rest of the population and have to answer to the same as you or me or any other Thai. The Constitution does not set two different ingurgitations depending on your income level... It states a plain and simple fact.

Now who else has been guilty of malleus use of the Law while being seated in the Office of P.M., Parliament, Congress.... and who is guilty of failing to act accordingly to the written words of the Constitution. Who are they protecting and why?

  22. ^^^ @kamahele - economics is not my strong point, but your post doesn't seem to add up to this dunce. I, too, earn baht, so sending money to my home country is now cheaper. Whereas if I earned my contract fees in dollars, it would buy me less baht.

    You got it backwards.

Economics is not your strong point for sure.

    Correct he has it backwards...

If he is paid in Dollars, Dollars will buy more Baht now. Example:

    Previously Dollar buy 33 Baht

Now Dollar will buy 34+ Baht....

If you are paid in Baht.... Sorry! Converting to USD you will receive less, As it will take 43+ Baht to buy 1 USD!
