OK. Which countries have such laws? Are there any that aren't tyrannies or religiously dominated? But to put this in perspective when someone calls me a bigot for claiming there are only two genders am I then allowed to file a complaint? I mean I would feel offended and I would consider that a hateful thing to call me. And if a jury agrees with me the person calling me that gets punished? Can't figure out how it ends? Guessing it ends when the majority is able to silence the minority. Doesn't sound like free speech to me.

I'd still love to hear who will determine what is hate speech. I mean I don't think anyone here wants to stifle free speech. It is a cornerstone to freedom. And I hope we all recognize that no one has a right to go through life without feeling offended. So, where is the line, who defines it. That last is critical. Funny considering every society on the planet that has a birth certificate has only two options for new born babies. Would love to see the list of alternative options formalized by medical science or some legitimate national definition. As a senior citizen I'm OK with this. Provided there is a mental test for ALL voters. And the test should be ability to respond with rational replies to WHY you choose one candidate or party over the other. if the answers are unproven garbage from mainstream media no vote for you. You are funny. I'm gonna blow your mind. I am NOT a MAGA fan. I voted against Trump in every primary he ran in. Yes, I voted for him in every general election as a rational human who recognizes he is flawed. But he is far less flawed than the current version of the DEM party and their candidates. I hate this cult of personality attached to Trump. Sadly due to the media and laziness of the electorate politics is becoming more of a personality contest than rational view of the issues. And here is a little more data for you. Grand Juries are easily swayed by DAs on issues with complexity such as this political attack on Trump by Letitia James. A NY grand jury would probably be populated by people like the ones who elected her on the promise to "get Trump". Any that weren't far left and happy to "get the Trump" would be a minority. Besides, any of them that rationally understood this was a witch hunt would just go along and kick this into the courts thinking it would die an early death there, which it should have. Since you seem willing to accept everything that has happened so far I do hope if higher courts decide to overturn this conviction you will also be as accepting of their result as you are of the one you clearly seem to love.

I am baffled that the left reacts so childishly to losing an election. OK some are going to point to Jan 6 but that was an outlier overreaction. The vast majority of the right shrugged "oh well Trump lost in 2020" and went to work that day. Classes at elite universities were held and no ones hand was held to get over their disappointment in the elections results. No offers to students of safe spaces to cope with the loss of Trump's re-election. Since Trump was declared this year universities have offered cancelled classes, safe spaces, therapy and counseling for students in the wake of "oh my god Trump won". Tiktok is overrun with videos of screams from the lefties and crying jags. Explain to me why these mentally unstable people are the smart ones again? I also wonder if they realize their social media is part of who they are and is looked at by HR when they graduate and apply for a job in the real world? Might be OK to have a mental breakdown when they are applying for barista at Starbucks but jobs in business management or other mainstream corporate America don't want people who can't cope with life's letdowns in an adult manner.
