Phuket was always good for such stunts, why people still go or live there?
-
So they found one. Needle in the haystack. He will probably become the next big general :D.

Amorn has some parts, upper floor. But Samsung is usually not selling spares, they want you to bring the appliance for repair, which is costly. I'd not buy from them again, after 2 (not cheap) washing machines died just after 5y/o. It's designed to break after warranty is over.

Uber is way cheaper and certainly better service than the local taxi mafia. I would not bother to take a stinky 20y/o pickup to the airport and pay him 250B for sitting on a rotten wooden seat.
The trick for Uber is simply to sit in front and pay before you arrive, Nobody is going to surround and harass you. Give the lady a kiss if you want, and all is settled.

I meant this, they made a new website and links do nor work or work only partially. The direct one as posted here works.
-
Ok, the direct link works, Joe, but if you go to the website and try to navigate there, you will end up "under construction".
-
They made a new web site, now it only says under construction. Don't know why they can't finish construction before switching it online, but probably that's how schoolboys do it.

Last week it was 140B from Nong Khwai to the airport with Ueber. 7 mins from the booking to car being here. Can't really beat that.

Rubbish, especially new LPG stations pop up everywhere. PTT is the main driver. Which is completely contrary to what happened just a few years ago when they wanted to phase out LPG in favour of CNG. The latter is now more expensive than LPG, and LPG cost half of petrol. So conversion makes more sense than ever.

Well, you could have just sent it by registered mail to BKK, with return address in Chiang Rai. Then let them figure out their own mess.
-
You want to rent it as tenant? No problem.
You want to rent it out as landlord? Potential problem, but this should not effect >30 days rental. Of course you would have to declare your income to the tax man.

Probably a Sudan solution, the Chinese gave them the high speed train but not the track, so it cruises with 60kmh through the desert

Other exemptions are probably minor modifications in the safety sector during construction and operation.
No problem with the security. They will forget one mile somewhere again, so nobody is going to use it :D

You need only 40k/100k coverage OPD/IPD. This is likely cleverly calculated, as this coverage is way too low for any treatment, on the other hand also so low, that nobody would go to court and sue. So insurances can just pocket the money without any payout in case of emergency.

Online system is down. Sent by mail. Again.

They are a local provider, on which network do they ride?
-
Saw Sinet having now some promotion stand in Central Airport, that is fiber. You may also consider AIS, but it depends on your location if they provide connectivity. These guys sell overcapacity on their existing network and rolling out quite aggressively. TOT Fiber may also be an option as they tend to just roll out without promoting it, if you are in such place (like we are) there are only a few subs and you get more of the total share.

Thanks Joe, yes the 1 year one. I did the last in Chiang Mai and they require 2 sets.
-
Related to this, how many sets of documents are currently required in Chaeng Wattana for Extension application? Is one original document pack enough or do they require now one original set and one copy of all application papers (e.g. 2 application forms and 2 copies of everything) as for instance in Chiang Mai?

Smokescreen, this provision exists already in Thai law, it is not limited to 30 or 50 years, validity can be contractually agreed upon. It's called superficies. Perhaps the administrative wannabies should study there own laws first before making bubbles as this :)
-
Yes, correct. So that would confirm it was intentionally shut down, perhaps because they can not manage and maintain it as it was never made to work in a real life environment, and that is what it will be for the foreseeable future. Hope next round they spend a bit more and hire someone who wrote a program before.

Same good as the housebook, it serves as substitute for a residence certificate, or work permit. Nice to have, saves a bit of effort.

The conclusion...90 days report was sent by mail on 7th March to Yannawa, arrived 10th March, was then internally sent to Chaeng Wattana, stamped on 17th March and sent back on 20th March from Government Complex to arrive back at 22nd March. Turnaround time 15 days in total, both way registered mail, not EMS. No idea why they don't have a direct mail in address in Chaeng Wattana though.
The online report link shows now "Under Construction:", so that old crap hopefully will never be reincarnated again.

Tulip market....fantastic correlation....but it changed something. There is more value inherited in each coin than in fiat, leaving the beauty of tulips alone :)
