  7. Bombshell Prince Andrew book edited to remove Epstein claim about Melania Trump A new royal book about Prince Andrew has been edited to remove a claim that the late Jeffrey Epstein introduced US President Donald Trump to his wife, Melania. The allegation was published in around 60,000 copies of 'Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York' by Andrew Lownie. It comes after Melania Trump threatened to sue Hunter Biden for claiming that Epstein introduced her to her future husband. Lawyers representing Melania wrote to Mr Biden, the son of the former US president Joe Biden, accusing him of making "false, defamatory, disparaging, and inflammatory statements". The letter also stated Mr Biden should retract his statements and issue an apology or face a $1bn (£726m) legal action. https://www.express.co.uk/news/royal/2097632/prince-andrew-book-edited-epstein

  11. Past studies show that human aging doesn't necessarily happen at the same pace throughout our life. There is still much to discover about the aging process, especially when it comes to how it impacts the body's organs. A new study found that by focusing on aging-related protein changes in the body, there is an acceleration in aging of organs and tissues around the age of 50. And of these proteins, scientists found that expressions of 48 of them linked to diseases increased with age, such as cardiovascular and liver disease. While we can try to slow it down, human agina is something we currentlv can't. While we can try to slow it down, human aging is something we currently can't stop from happening. However, past studies show that aging doesn't necessarily happen at the same pace throughout our life. Instead, there are certain ages when a person's body may experience a burst of aging. Previous studies show that the body may undergo rapid aging around the ages of 44 and 60. And there is still much to discover about the aging process, especially when it comes to how it impacts the body's organs. "Aging, as a systemic, degenerative process that spans multiple organs and biological strata, remains one of the most profound unresolved questions in the life sciences" Scientists pinpoint age when body and tissues start aging rapidly https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/study-finds-turning-point-when-body-starts-aging-rapidly
  12. Costa Rica is building a similar facility also. SAN JOSE, Aug 13 (Reuters) - Costa Rica will begin construction this year on a new maximum-security prison inspired by the El Salvador mega-prison at the center of that country's crackdown on crime, Costa Rica's Justice Minister Gerald Campos said on Wednesday. Costa Rica, long considered to be the safest nation in Central America, is grappling with a wave of homicides that have been attributed to drug gang violence. In 2023, it registered its highest-ever homicide rate, and opinion polls rank insecurity as the public's top concern, positioning the issue as a central theme for national elections coming in 2026. https://www.reuters.com/world/americas/costa-rica-start-building-massive-el-salvador-inspired-prison-2025-08-14/?utm_source=chatgpt.com

  16. The incredible £598m tunnel stretching 4270m boosting transport between 2 pretty countries The project suffered a set back in 2017 after a collapse, but is now back on track. Civil works on a massive railway project in Europe have been completed, officials have announced. The 4,270-metre-long twin-bore Rastatt Tunnel is a major part of a scheme to ensure the section of a key Rhine Valley main line between Karlsruhe and Basel in Switzerland is extended to four tracks. Tunnelling, done using two tunnel boring machines (TBMs), has now finished, and final railway systems work is now underway. The final part of the slab track, replacing the traditional elastic combination of sleepers and ballast, overhead electrification equipment, signalling, lighting and communications systems need to be installed. DB said it is working to ensure that the first trains are able to travel through the tunnel as planned by the end of 2026. The project is a key part of the around 200-kilometre upgraded line between Karlsruhe and Basel - one of the oldest rail lines in Germany. https://www.express.co.uk/news/world/2096282/Rastatt-Tunnel-germany-switzerland
