we have regular outages, several of a night but not as many as when we lived in the other house in town, mainly consist of cars hitting poles, falling trees or people wiring into the power lines themselves, planned outages are usually known through mail drops. Over all outage times are usually not very long, a couple of hours at most but usually under an hour, planned ones are from 9am till 4pm.

so now he must make sure all three panels receive their own special thanks instead of just one, way to make sure it is spread around more, surely he will get out now with so many receiving his special thankyou.

we bought ceramic tiles that will not get slippery when wet, they are looking great and are very solid, tiler does a fantastic job. Did take pics with my phone but are unable to transfer them as the samsung smart switch refuses to work properly

I have been trying to sort the problem out since posting, sorry if it wasnt fast enough for you, after having it checked by a few different people and the replies in here we have decided to go with tiles over the effected area, we have been given a really good price to do it all by the tiler we have used previously. I wasnt going to post an update till it was done and we could make sure it was the right solution but apparently it upset this poster who has not commented at all in this post apart from this whinge, boredom must be a real problem for them

Not as yet, my wife does not do arguing very well unless its with me, she tends to be submissive to other thais but I will be pushing her to lodge a complaint as the mix was just so bad

there was a couple of hundred baht difference but not enough to explain the garbage the first one supplied, we used the first one because we like to use local businesses and they are only 100 metres away, they supplied the mix for the roads through our area and it was all good and finished well. The area is 8 x 5 metres so its a big job, we cant put another layer over it or it will cause flooding of the area around it

We had a slab laid for our cars just a couple of months ago under the new roofed area, it was trucked in but when the mix was released onto the prepared area it was absolutely overloaded with blue metal and sand, obviously the company that was supplying it was making profits by using more of each with a smaller amount of cement, The workers had a very hard time trying to get a good finish as it would not level/smooth over and blue metal was showing through the surface all over it. It started to break down within a very short time and if we tried to hose it off the surface would break down even more and would wash away the cement/sand. It is a large area so removing & replacing is out of the question, if I was back in Australia I would use Bond crete to try to stop it breaking down but not sure if they have anything here that would do the same thing so need some help to find out what I can use/do to stop the surface breaking down. Needless to say we used a different supplier to finish the driveway with no problems and the finish is great, seeing this it is easy to see why so many buildings etc fall apart in Thailand, profits before quality.

My wife has not voted for many years, actually think she has never voted but she is going to vote for the peoples party next month, she has finally seen what has been happening in Thailand and how it has effected her work(all the bribes/corruption), hopefully many others will be of the same mind.

I have my blood pressure checked regularly at the local clinic and at the hospital, unless they both have inaccurate monitors mine gives the same/very close results daily and occassionally high readings(why I got it) before I need to go to either of them to be checked over. It is doing exactly what I bought it for, to monitor my blood pressure to guard against very high readings and it does the job very well, readings match the clinic/hospital readings when I go in to them, it does exactly what it is meant to, to let me know when my blood pressure jumps high or drops to low

I have been using a microlife blood pressure monitor for many years, very reliable and accurate

This is always going to be a he said she said, I have watched several of the videos, there is one that shows the tyres in a slowed down action, when she starts to go forward the tyres are spinning and pointing straight ahead towards the ice agent and turn after the first shot, when watching at normal speed this is not obvious and looks like she was turning, the only way to sort this out as to the facts will be an honest independant team with no political favour to either side. What makes this all worse are the leaders that are telling citizens to get in the way and protest the ice actions instead of following the law, the left does have a lot to answer for promoting people to break the law leading to instances like this.

I have had a lot of success with wood vinegar on mealy bugs with my seedlings (several hundred) as well as bigger plants in protected areas, it is mixed with water and sprayed over the infected areas, I repeat it daily and it is usually gone within a week. Mealy bugs are most prevelent in a protected area without natural weather conditions(wind/rain/sun), you can also hose them off with a high jet of water, remove all leaf litter etc from around the plants base as well. Wood vinegar does not kill them but makes it unpleasant for them to remain on the plant, chemical treatments can be used as well, entirely up to you as to which way you go.

10pm and the dogs went crazy, thought possible snake but it was a rat like creature that was very big and black yet looked like a rat but 3 plus times the size and was very heavy(few kg) when picked up with the snake catcher pole after our bangkaew killed it.
