to sign as a guarantor they would have needed to look at his financials first to ensure he has the finances to take over if she fails to pay, a husband co signing is not always to be a guarantor, I have co signed my wifes loans over the years and have not been guarantor on any of them.

cant believe they call that garbage coffee, tastes awful, same with amazon, people only buy either because they think it is a status symbol. Creating new varieties of frangipani/plumeria keeps me occupied, while I need workers to do the physical side, I do the twirling(a method I started)/cross pollinating, seedlings and grafting. trouble is lke most contractors in Thailand they will do it the cheapest way possible, you only have to look at how roads collapse within 6 months due entirely to cheap material/not following any specs. How often do we see building etc collapse during construction, the bridge that collapsed because they used second hand/used material on it, for thais profit is number one, you have to cut as many corners as possible to make more money, screw the safety factors and peoples lives

if its fresh/only a few days old you only need to soften & remove the top skin and then wipe off with thinners. Paint(oil) will take a over a month to fully harden/cure and then you should be able to scrape it off and again use thinners to remove any left overs, trouble is thais refuse to use drop sheets or remove switch cover etc and just paint everything, when I painted my wifes units shop I had thais watching me use drop sheets(I am a painter & decorator retired by trade) as they thought I was crazy, Thai painters are not trades people and have never done an apprenticeship etc, they are simply brush hands with no idea how to do it properly same as virtually every building trade as well as many others in Thailand.

not sure if this is the correct place for this so move if it isnt. We recently had a cabin/storage area built on one of our blocks of land, there was a car port there already but the tin roof was only used material, we had the builder extend it another 6 mtrs so it was 12 mtrs x 3.5 mtrs, had a new roof put on plus had the walls bricked in/rendered along with windows, doors and a bathroom. I started to put plastic caps on the ends of the exterior steel work and realized the roof had not been screwed down properly, you could lift sections of it up including where the tin panels over lapped so they seperated. There were only 4 or 5 runs of screws in the whole length(not every 80 or so cm) with either 5 or 6 screws in each run( in some only 1 screw per sheet, not 1 every 2nd ridge) so that the panels just lifted up, unfortunately my wife had already paid the builder all the money before I found this out and now we need the roof screwed down properly before we get strong winds or it will be just ripped off. I need to know if there is anyone we can go to to have the builder fix it properly or have him charged for ripping us off, in Australia I would have recourse but here I have no idea, any help would be appreciated.

I got my yellow book in Surat Thani with no problems but when we moved to our new house in Kanchanadit and tried to get a new one issued for that house the Kanchanadit office refused to do so, when we tried to explain I needed it for my yearly extension they refused to listen even after telling them that the immigration office had told us I needed it to change my house address to where I was living but because they refuse it means I have had to use our other house address every year(pics and all) with the extension instead of the new house, as usual every thai govt office has their own rules and refuse to work with other govt offices so I am just using my old yellow book

oxidation effects the surface paint and as cars should have several layers of paint usually a good cut and polish will remove it. I had to do this on a couple of my cars in Australia, a good cutting compound follower by a good quality polish always brought them back

Wifes mum has severe cancer and is in hospital, she cant poo or pee by herself and her kidneys have shut down now as well, they want us to take her home to take care of her and bring her back for appointments which take around 6 hours to get to see the doctor as necessary. They say she doesnt have long to live but are reducing her to be in severe pain etc at home where no one can do anything for her, this has to be the most pathetic medical care I have ever heard of, even in the hospitals the nurses do nothing for the patient and family has to do everything, feed, give drinks, tell the doctor whats wrong, change colostomy bags & nappies etc and sleep on the floor of a night as well, Thailand really is a third world country that cant even take care of their people properly, nurses are there purely for show and doctors are useless, never been so angry at a hospital, this is pathetic
