In that case, you could rent one for a day, the price would probably be comparabe/less and would give you extra sight seeing options such as Bhuping higher up and not be tied to the drivers' schedule. TM47 is not new, on the contrary it's the standard form for 90d report. In CM at Promenada, at least the many times I did it during Covid, they only wanted name, signature, phone number.

I have the same experience for one of my medicines, and then again for other medicines it can be different. There is no fixed rule that a medicine will cost more or less at a hospital or from a pharmacy, and costs change wildly (factor of 2) from one hospital to another. To keep in mind: rarely Hospital A will fill a prescription from Hospital B.
