You are required , according to the letter of the law , to carry and produce the green book. Blue for car. In reality a photocopy or photo on your phone has worked for many. The officers insistence may depend on why you were stopped , traffic check , speeding , helmet , and your attitude. Be polite . Say hello. Ive been stopped maybe 5 times in 8 years. Showed my motorcycle licence. Never asked for anything else. I carry copy and photo.

I think ( without the proof of any dyno charts ) the Benelli is a lower revving engine. These types of bikes have fairly flat power/torque graphs. Jawa do a similar liquid cooled 350cc bike , with much higher power , at higher revs.

N-max is a very good bike. Do you have a decent motorcycle suspension workshop nearby. A good shop will be able to fit upgraded shocks and fork springs/oil to suit your needs.

Yeah the Benelli is a bit shy on power but is within ballpark of this style of bike.
Stallion CT400 - 19.5kW/30Nm
Yamaha SR400 - 16.7kW/27.4Nm
Benelli Imperial 400 – 15.5kW/29Nm
The peak power of the Benelli is at 5,500 RPM , and peak torque is at 4,500 RPM compared to 7,000 and 5,500 on the Shineray/Stallion.

I think the Benelli TNT25 is a great choice if you compare it to other 250 singles. Italian styling that really stands out and some very nice components . Check out where the nearest dealer , parts and service department is. It looks like you take good care of your bikes. Are you , or do you know a good mechanic. Some people panic if you mention anything other than a "washing machine Honda". Go for the exciting option of a bike that will always draw admiring glances.

Limited edition.
They will sell off quickly.
There are 150 limited edition versions being made. Thats not even 1 per country. I should think more than 1 person in each country of the world will buy these. In the video , the bike performs a skid , so i guess no ABS on the rear. Does anyone know what the rack/holder on the left rear is.

Wasnt the little Honda CBR 250 RR about that price , but with half the cylinders , fewer riding aids and just 37 BHP

What bike does the OP mean ?. Yamaha Tricity is classed as a motorcycle.

So what's your actual experience of using 100% nitrogen in tyres? you sound like you have good experience
We are not talking about Tri-mix , LOL. There are many small advantages using nitrogen in tires except if you constantly adjust for different riding conditions as when using an off road bike.

I dont think anyone has flashed one yet , even if you could import the parts for sensible money.

So, it is available then? at 340,000?
Its just the 250l looks like a bit of a lemon imo
the 450l is a bit pricey but it looks lovely, might be nice with an ecu flash etc
im thinking second hand 450l for 250,000 might be the one
Nobody wanted them for 340,000 with just 25BHP , so i dont think Honda sold any. You certainly wont get any used , even for 250K. Have a look at the Kawasaki KLX 250. Its about the bst dual sport bike you can get in Thailand , for sensible money.

eisfeld , you make some very good points. Honda are trying to be a niche fashion brand like Vespa etc. I cant see this working. Honda lost its way years ago. I think this "dual sport cub" looks superb and offers real potential , but 85K is pushing it. 95K and 109K is plain bonkers. I get annoyed at Honda for stubbornly refusing to correct a bad design idea , such as the 16" front wheel on the early Fireblades and the dangerous CBS linked brakes on the bikes today.

Thank you Issanman for posting those links. BNS in Chiang Mai sent me those prices. Couldnt see much differences between the bikes. 24,000 is a lot of extra money for some extra racks on the khaki one.

Im thinking something smaller for thailand, crf250l perhaps? Not my first choice ...
Did the 450L end up being available in thailand or not? does anyone know? I dont see it on honda's website.
It went all quiet with the CRF 450L , due to it only having 25 BHP and costing about 340,000 Baht.

Why would food vendor go for a retro 85000 Baht bike? I they will go with cheapest/most reliable option on the market.
If it was priced right , at about 70K they would have sold to vendors as a delivery bike. Looks well designed and suited for this use. Now the price seems to be between 96K and 109K. Go figure.

8,495 - it's a misprint.
Yes , it would seem so. But even at 84,950 it was still expensive compared to the 46 or 48K for the Ryuka version.

No idea to be honest, could be 46k baht, this is in Thai and translated by Google. I find it more and more difficult to use Thai Google translation, it seem to get worse and not better, I think it's the Thai slang that they use. Some official and formal texts are translated quite well... !
Its 46K , although i also saw a price of 48K. Ive just had confirmation of the real price of the Honda version. Hope you are sitting down. 95,900 Baht for the red one and 108,900 Baht for the kaki one. Yes , they look the same bike to me , so who knows why ity 108,900. These prices are crazy. A bike that would have sold as a fun/funky town/shopping bike is now off everyones list. I have no idea whats going on at Honda nowadays.

If the Hondas wont start with a kickstart when the battery is low , it wont be possible to push/bump start a scooter. Will be a pain when the battery suddenly dies due to the heat.

I guess so, not familiar with proper name of it but kick starter sounds good, although not a kick action, more like a push down action, does it has one?
Honda no longer fits these. It saves a dollar.

I like the looks. Funky. It is lower than the KLX 150 , and so will appeal to some but it has more style than function. Honda is just trading on the old CT name from years ago. They were a dual range transmission bike. Sadly Honda nowadays are just trading on past glories.

Im no scientist , but try it for yourself. Be careful. Ride a smooth clean bend. Mid bend apply the front brake with a medium pressure. The bike will "go tense" and resist turning.

It got to the point where internal friction and mechanical losses started to overtake the gains. Even the 2-strokes were complex. Yamaha made some crazy engines.
