How to get that 'zing' back into my aching bones and muscles?
For about 4 years, then stopped maybe 1 year ago.

How to get that 'zing' back into my aching bones and muscles?
As mentioned, I did all that previously with the medical check-up years ago and was trained by the nurse to self-inject. Never had any problems to self-inject.

So you are saying that edible products (food/drink etc) that are high in natural testosterone will do nothing to increase our T levels? https://www.google.com/search?q=which+foods+increase+testosterone+the+most

Or you are butt-ugly perhaps and they prefer poor but handsome Burmese men? 🙂

How to get that 'zing' back into my aching bones and muscles?
Hi Charlie, yes I previously had twice-weekly, self-injection testosterone, (under doctor's supervision), but now I'm in Laos I have no testerone phials with me, (and I probably can't get any ordered for delivery to Laos). I do have low T levels since my youth (generic thing, my father was the same). Is there any natural substance that can boost T levels

How to get that 'zing' back into my aching bones and muscles?
I guess everyone has a goal that they want to achieve as they grow older. I once lived in the Pyrenee mountains (beautiful place), and I wanted to cross from west to east on horseback before I died. Unfortunately, all the horses got wind of my plan and emigrated... Now, having reached retirement age of 66, and with modest but sufficient monthly income, I want to continue my educational charity in Myanmar for as long as I am able. But although my brain is strong, it seems my flesh is not 🙂. It's not my huge bunion and BPH and Bronchiestasis and dodgy eyes that is the problem - I have learnt to live with these. No, it's just a general tiredness, aching bones and muscles. I'm sure that there is no underlying serious illness - I'm just getting old! I do take general supplements (Centrum Silver). But are there some specific supplements that have proven results to make me as sprightly as a sprightly bar maid (female hormones aside)? I hear that Boron is good for knee joints and magnesium is good for .... er ... something else. I walk 5km every day and don't get tired (my lung function is normal - my bronchiestasis just produces more mucus than normal), but I think I also need some other physical activity to stretch my tendons and make me more supple (bar maid comparison again). I had a general blood works check-up last week, as well as an ECG and stress test, and nothing ill-toward found, arteries are clean as a whistle, no fat depositis etc, HR normal, blood pressure normal etc. Suggestions welcome!

Burmese construction worker girls. Anyone had any luck?
During my work in Burma I've been 'approached' by many young Burmese women. But I guess it's more to do with the need for money, rather than any romantic aspect. I've never taken up their offers since it would be unprofessional as a teacher. (Teachers are regarded in high status in Myanmar, as are eldery people - that makes me extremely-respected!!) Concerning the tanakha on their faces, many of the young boys in my classes go for the all-in painting, (as in that photo of Malaysia). A bit scary first thing in the morning!! Teen boys usually paint it like war paint. The young girls paint Minnie Mouse patterns with a touch of tanakha on the end of their noses 🙂

Some parts of the UK have become Islamic enclaves (or should I say 'ghettos'). They need to be taken back into the fold. If you loath the UK, then go elsewhere, simple as that. Ask a Muslim who their primary allegiance is to; the UK or their Islamic faith. If not the former, then remove them from the UK if at all possible.

Bank account frozen
This is a little 'scary' for anyone who has a Bangkok Bank account. I normally use my BB account for normal everyday expenses, typically keeping a few thousand USD equivalent in that account. As I'm now in Laos, I think I'll start to send my Wise fund transfers to my Lao bank account instead..... wouldn't want any funds frozen by BB!

What looks like FROG? Cries like human baby? Dangerous?
Look at that animal's skin markings and see if you can spot lottery numbers! For months I used to grab frogs/toads in my garden and write numbers on their skin using a black indelible marker. My mad ex and her Thai family would then spend hours in the pouring rain searching for these 'lucky' frogs, while I sat inside in the dry with a cold beer!! 🙂. They never realised that it was me.......

JD Vance barred from English pub as staff mutinies over visit
Regardless of your view about the US government etc, barring the Vice-President of the most powerful country in the world is about as dumb as it goes! Somehow I don't think the UK will be on his Christmas card list, and with the power that the USA wields in the world, the future for USA-UK relationships is probably going south....

Migrant Hotel Resident Accused of Sexually Assaulting 3 Women
It seems to me that whatever the charge and how clear the evidence is (CCTV, witnesses etc), all these migrants always plead Not Guilty.. Do you think someone is advising them to always plead NG, regardless of the evidence?

2 tier justice in UK. It's official. Ricky Jones let off
Ricky Jones was charged with encouraging violent disorder, presumably by his words and cut-throat action. He was found not guilty by a jury. Now suppose I go to central London and use an amplification system (as he did), and used his exact same words, but substituted 'nazi fascists' for something like 'leftwing scum', and made the same cut-throat action. Do you really think that I would not be charged and arrested? And if that happened, and I plead Not Guilty, as a white man and with right-wing (not fascist) views, do you also think that a jury would acquit me? Perhaps during my planned trip to London in a few weeks I should try this, and you can then send me postcards, since I'll surely be banged up!

More "Wise" Bad News For Wise Customers Residing in Thailand
Ah, this explains why my recent transfer to TMB from Wise failed. I use TMB as a back-up bank to Bangkok Bank, and was just testing if I could send funds to it from Wise, prior to going back to teach in Myanmar. I wonder how I can send funds to TMB without first sending it to Bangkok Bank (ie I want a back-up route, independant of Bangkok Bank)

Day-to-day life in Myanmar
True! Here's a photo of my good self (looking quite young!) at the girls' orphanage in Kalaw, about 2018 I think! A great motorcycle ride through the hills to reach Kalaw. The blue item is a bluetooth loudspeaker with memory card loaded up with English language/songs/phonics files 🙂

Senior Care homes in Pattaya
Of course, our final days might be spent in agony or a coma or relatively peacefully. Look at the demise of Queen Elizabeth, working until a few days before her peaceful departure, no sudden cardiac arrest, just quietly passed away. So soi 6 action might be possible for the lucky few!
