For "flag" read "freeloading parasite" throughout. Then it all makes sense! -

"Prayut orders relevant agencies to halt cross-border migration" Oh good, that's fixed then. -
Nightmare scenarios continue in wake of Thailand Pass launch

Have you ever dealt with Thailands' aviation authority? I do, regularly. They are as bad, or worse. Not for nothing is it called the Counter Aviation Authority of Thailand. (It used to be the Death to Civil Aviation) -
About safes:- 1. I have three digital safes, bottom end of the market. I can open all of them in seconds, without the code or backup key, as I can with most hotel safes. It isn't difficult, needs no tools, and no, I am not any kind of a professional safebreaker! 2. As someone has already said, no problem to remove the safe from the premises, intact and unopened. Obviously, bigger and heavier is more difficult, attachment needs to be VERY secure. 3. If you buy a safe, DO NOT give your address to the supplier, or allow them to arrange delivery and installation. I know this is difficult, but copy keys, location advice and PINS are otherwise totally insecure info. 4. WHEN you or your nearest and dearest die, make sure your valuables and data are NOT in the safe, and DO NOT allow access to bib to the house. Best to have the supposed corpse taken to the hospital before the death is detected/notified/certified. Be sure to empty all relevant bank accounts. Yes, I am a cynical inglorious basterd.

Where u-turns are illegal, mostly. Quick filler for the bib rice bowl. Like helmets, etc. -
Thammasat abandons plan to get 1.5m doses of donated vaccine from Poland

Again shows the Government its incompetence mendacity.......... -
When two of my nephews went to school, they steadfastly refused to learn to write or spell. They were bright, intelligent kids, "We have keyboards, why do I need to write", they said. "We have spellcheck, so what does spelling matter". Their father is a bottom end software developer and 'consultant', so had all the latest kit.. Roll on twenty years, they are drones in the dregs of society. No one will employ them for anything other than menial labour.

I have become an expert at laundering money! It is amazing what these modern notes will withstand - bleach, solvents various, rubbing, drying and ironing. Mostly they come out like new, only ever had one £20 I could not rescue, and good old Bank of England replaced it foc - eventually.

When I lived in Rhodesia (remember that?) 40-odd years ago, the African mammas used to carry their paper money in their underwear. The look, feel and smell of that cash was truly disgusting - it could easily have been there for years!

As a matter of interest, can anyone post a map of police regions? Mr. Google doesn't seem to know!

Define safe! But no, it's not. Until sewage, rivers and khlongs start running uphill, it never will be "safe".
