  1. That's some good exercise. How many kgs did they end up losing from all that exercise?
  2. Another reason why you don't ever buy a property in Thailand. Rent and just move to a new place if there are issues. Own properties overseas but never ever own anything in Thailand.
  3. Just because a staff member in the shop says "hi" to you, it really doesn't mean they are hitting on you.
  4. Are you serious, 2 days after arriving and he used the Jomtien office? DId he use an agent? There's no way he could've gone in-person and applied himself. Those girls giving queue numbers would've sent him packing very quickly.
  5. It sure does. And how about you, does it give you a warm moist feeling in your underpants too?
  6. It's not enforced for Lao, Cambodian or Burmese passport holders. Allowed to to a million border runs per year if they so wish to.
  7. Carrying on from this thread: Tried to go for a 30 day extension at Jomtien only 5 days prior to stamp expiry of my tourist visa. Yet again I was given a Yellow Ticket telling me to come back one (1) business day prior. Someone mentioned on the above thread a few of their friends got 30 day extensions through agents, with 10 days left on their visa exempt entry. They didn't even have a tourist visa. If I were to take an educated guess, going through an agent to get an extension 10 days prior to stamp expiry, the agents are paying off someone at Jomtien to do this. Seems like if you don't want to pay an agent, they are trying to make life as hard as possible and tell you to come back one (1) day before stamp expiry. Moral of the story, still DO NOT waste your time attempting to get extensions more then one business day prior, unless you want to pay an agent.

Yet again I tried to extend my tourist visa but this time came only 5 days prior to stamp expiry. Yet again I was given a Yellow Ticket telling me to come back one (1) business day prior.
  9. I suspect there are a ton of those dodgy farangs on this forum who use bribes through agents & immigration officers to stay here while not qualifying/following the retirement extension laws. A crackdown on these dodgy farangs, agents and IOs are coming soon.
  10. Checked my lease. Yes, there is a microwave stated in the lease for my room.
  11. I wouldn't be paying to fix the microwave, as I'm not really using it much, I'm not going to be staying here for more than a couple of months, and in the West it's the landlord's responsibility to fix something broken, especially any appliances not working. Seems to be different here in Thailand with some landlords, but I will ask them to fix the microwave and see what they say.
  12. Microwave oven working but not heating, not sure what the problem is. I would presume it's the owner's responsibility to fix this? You would think that the microwave was in a working state when the tenant moved in, so it should be the landlord's responsibility, but judging on past responses I'm guessing that people here will say it's the tenant's responsibility and go and fix it yourself?
  13. Yes, a 75yr old with gigantic bazoongas would probably have her nipples as low as her punani at her ripe old age.
  14. It's the one full of Chinese and full of Air BNB renters, and the top of the railing is about half way between the nipples and belly button area for someone around 180cm tall. Impossible to fall over it.
  15. How the hell does one fall over the balcony at this condo building? The railings are nearly as high as the nipples of the breasts, just a few cms below them.
  16. Not yet. I'll get onto it in the next couple of days. It's still at least another month or so until the SIM in the router needs a topup for it's package renewal.
  17. Then it's probably the kids and/or having a wife that's got you bored 😄😄
  18. 69 baht if it's not in a Central or Terminal 21 shopping centre but 79 baht if the KFC is in a Central or Terminal 21. Guess the rent is higher in a shopping centre therefore customers have to pay a 10 baht surcharge.
  19. Ok, there is one scenario someone could get bored. If you lived in middle of nowhere like Issan, that would get very boring very quickly. I could never imagine living in such a place with nothing around. Need to be living somewhere where there's some life and mental stimulation.
  20. How the hell can one get bored? I don't understand it. Being on the computer, listening to music, swimming, lifting weights, exercising outside, going for walks by the beach and spending a few hours relaxing at the beach, going for a normal massage, finding a place to eat, downloading and watching some tv series and/or movies, etc. Impossible to get bored at all.
  21. Only a fool ever buys property in Thailand. Renting is the only way to go. Own property overseas & only rent in Thailand. That's the smart way.
  22. Only a pathetic loser spends all their times in bars. How the hell can anyone get bored? Having tons of free time is awesome, you can fill it up with doing lots of cool activities and live your best life.
  23. On the back of the router it says: Brand: RUIO Model: S10 There is no Advanced tab after logging into the router. There's only Home, Quick Settings, Device Settings, SMS, Phonebook, Firewall & System Settings. In all those tabs there's no USSD or Network option.
  24. A Zinger burger costs 69 baht in Thailand. Wow, Canada is a ripoff if all those 4 items comes to $30.
  25. You must be living in some very cheap places, because the condo building I live in, the balcony comes to about 5 centremetres below my nipples, and I'm just under 6 feet tall. No way of actually falling over the railings.
