Paying For a House Process

We paid with a cashier check for the full amount. -
Between the corrupt ex-con government ministers and the corrupt RTP the drug business has flourished because it gets treated with love and attention. Prayut presides over his team of peddlers and the buck (not the dollar kind of buck) is supposed to stop with him. I'm sure that the drug enforcement agencies from around the world get pretty jaded with having to deal with these muppets, knowing which ones are dirty.

Thailand confirms first case of VITT linked to AZ jab
Aussieroaming replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Damn these incorrect media releases. They forgot to mention that the Astra Zenica vaccine in question was an imported vaccine and not the 100% effective, fantastically locally manufactured product. -
Absolutely normal behaviour in nearly all Asian Countries ( I have worked in a number of them) to slide off the desk and have a nap whenever possible, though the "drunk" allegation is an added step up. If he had been awake then he would have just be glued to his smartphone or daydreaming about the next big scam he was going to pull off. He is probably less of a public nuisence when he is asleep.

Being asymptomatic isn't the same as being non infectious, so quarantining at home leads to further infection unless that person can isolate alone.

The RTP should be able to concluce the case tomorrow given that Joe Ferrari was following the Standard Opeeating Procedures and behaviours that were set down by previous generations of the RTP and dutifully followed by the current generation of the RTP. Joe Ferrari will now become a fallen hero, whose priciples and ethics will inspire future generations of the RTP.

CCSA warns COVID infections may surge in October if guard lowered
Aussieroaming replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
They can also issue another advisory stating that another surge would be imminent if the CCSA were to increase covid testing rates. After all we do realise that the daily reported daily rate of positive infections is directly related to the number of tests being performed per day. Anyone doubting this needs to merely plot graphically the daily testing rate and the daily positive result outcome. The current reduction in positive cases is at least partially attributable to a corresponding reduction in testing rates during the same period. -
Expatvac for those who are below 60?

Good luck with getting the vaccine, this is very frustrating for many people. -
Where to live? Pleonchit/Nana/Asoke/PhromPhong/Thonglor/Ekkamai/Onnut
Aussieroaming replied to dj230's topic in Bangkok
Make a list of things that you want from an area/location and then choose based on that. Firstly do you work and therefore do you need to commute each day? Do you like outside sport type activity and want to be near a park? Do you want to eat in local establishments or foreign type franchise restaurants? Do you want to be near a big supermarket? Do you drive? Do you want a condo with gym and pool or would you prefer a private fully equipt gym to join as a member. What type of people do you want to hang out with? Make a list for yourself and then find somewhere that meets your needs. I wouldn't want to live in any of the areas you selected, but that's because my wants and needs differ to yours, not because the areas that you selected are necessarily a bad choice. -
Rumbling undercurrent unsettles Prayut despite censure win
Aussieroaming replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
What Prayut really sent in the text was "why aren't those MP's supporting me, I have paid for it". -

I read online books sometimes, but only because I can download them. -
Have a share of the condo pool. Last time I went for a swim was in 2018. I kept saying I was going to start going to exercise there but Covid dampened that idea.
