    8 baht for electric is high, maybe that's paid via the office so more expensive, pay direct, should be 4+ my unit of water is 40 baht s unit i use around 6, plus they add on 100 to cover meter replacement. Only pay common fees if you're the owner, can be thousands a month

    I used this automatic system via Santander accidentally a few months ago, worked quickly, too quickly. I think it is riskier, if someone hacks your phone or pc easy to transfer money from linked bank automatically

    PTT 91 is 1.5-2 less than 95, govt reduced the price, more at Shell

    Some garages only sell the 95 V Power at around 50 baht a litre, they lead naive people to that pump, even sometimes say 91 is finished (around 35 baht) @Peterw42

    Shell's are not popular, most people avoid, plus of course the V Power 95 trick they pull at some garages such as Pattaya Tai

    They have 2 online transfers which look very similar and easy to pick the wrong one, first one you have to manually transfer by going into your bank online, 2nd Wise do it, this one I don't like, too easy for fraud i reckon, both same cost

    For naked you have to go to Windmill Soi Diamond. That's pretty much the only one like that now in WS, a few others died during covid. Windmill 9,000 baht long time, more a deterrent than anything else

    I agree with that, a few dogs on my soi totally ignore me they know i live there and am not a threat. Also the "not owners" are part of the problem, look on while the dogs chasing bikes

    Try and read their behaviour and what's going on, 95% of soi dogs i come across are fine, no problem at all. For example when approaching dogs talk in a calm non aggressive voice, that calms them down if jumpy, tone is very important

    Carrying a stick looks threatening, that alone may kick them off, better to have a telescopic baton in a waist bag. On bicycles is more difficult, i kicked one in the head 3 times the other day, kept coming. The feeders and the alpha males need putting down
