Good value kinda, but Pattaya Plaza is a classic scenario of "you can't polish a turd", i checked it out, made me feel miserable at the time, Thai style where they've built on all the balconies so looks terrible

Nope, I've seen plenty of fat people who seem to do a lot of exercise, they stay fat because they haven't tackled their diet, how many fat people at the gym fail

Have you got any knowledge to base that on? which policies do they make people buy for opening a bank account is good value? The ones I've seen are PA insurance with very low medical cover, useless for farang, better to buy a better policy -

Yep 6X the price here vs back home, most people don't even realise, it's the compulsory caddy fee that does the damage. We switched to playing 9 hole courses twice, pretty good courses for 200-300 baht no caddy yippee

Windmill is probably the best agogo currently, not as good as it was as the old guard have moved on and newbies aren't willing to do the same things. Windmill 1 and 2 incl upstairs worth a visit
