    I'd say the sea breeze is essential and of course not with direct sun, so other times people avoid the balcony, plus most balconies are too small or have glass so prevents wind.     I have the same, did they send you new login details? strange really usually if i open another Santander account it just goes under existing login end of, this time under existing login with other accounts but they also sent new login details x3 letters, i think it was just a mistake on their part so binned it

    I've had one puncture repaired by a shop, tyre still on bike, they put a rubber plug through the hole with glue using the skewer tool, then cut off extra rubber, seemed simple. Could do at the road also but need CO² cannisters. I rode about 500 metres with the flat to the shop

    It depends on which condos, i see many new nordic condos on Pratumnak side streets look empty, no cars in car park, orange paint fading fast

    Probably break in. Some condo blocks have thousands of units, you think the office keeps thousands of keys? When people are away or selling they may leave keys with the office

    Some elderly men seem to hang around opposite Mike shopping mall and other seating areas with the ladies of the night \ homeless, they probably don't like being under a spotlight
