  1. change in age bracket? maybe due to another reason, not claims
  2. Looking at the manual, you can check the freeplay, apparently should be 10-20mm and can use an adjusting nut at the rear, I'll check that
  3. Travel insurance is usually only valid if previously spent 6 months in home country, so it's fine for the first year, 18 months, then you need to find something else. Check the policy doc, it will specify
  4. Stretching must be good but I'm sure plenty of fat stretchers out there. Guys doing weights seem to try to bulk up, protein and roids
  5. Possible but I've read no denied entries on here or facebook, plenty of warnings
  6. no idea, Sheryl will confirm
  7. Better to earn money back in farangland, I'm glad i left Thailand after becoming a dive instructor in 98, glad i did to earn much more money in financial services enabling early retirement
  8. Rule out bowl cancer also, a friend thought he had haemorrhoids and eventually diagnosed stage 4 bowel cancer
  9. I discuss court cases with my lawyer friend who goes to court every week, she's never mentioned that. Police yes for sure
  10. Cardio seems to work well, the 70s, 80s guys i know very fit, look good and probably never lifted a weight
  11. Sounds like flying is the best way to avoid these scams
  12. That looks correct, i went there last week for a RC, go early to make it marginally less painful. Don't forget a mask and no singlet
  13. I enjoy sex more in my 40s and 50s than i did in 20s and 30s, the reason is variety of women and no condom, but i agree I'm less horny than 20s and 30s
  14. Not quite, farang insurers don't do that, it's a thai thing
  15. The guys i know are extremely fit in 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, even 80s, marathon runners, triathletes and iron men amongst them. I'm the fittest I've ever been at 53
  16. Claim denied is a risk with any insurer if they can find it's pre-existing, less likely with a farang company, April International, Cigna, but if you don't disclose everything on the application form, expect a denied claim down the line
  17. Probably would have had a much better time in Pattaya or Jomtien
  18. certainly it was something that UJ said, sounds like not needed anymore
  19. Sounds like that might be the living the nightmare scenario that some people find themselves
  20. Used to surprise me when some beach road girls would head to 3rd road bars after a night of work to buy man drinks for pretty thai boys
  21. I rarely get those requests, i got one a few months ago from a regular, i read it on Line didn't reply and she didn't mention it again or ask for more money. They get family demand for money, could be school, clothes, anything
  22. i think 3 months before is ok so April should be ok, if not maybe using an agent can help. Go to Transport office near Regent school to get an appointment which will be a few weeks later
  23. he should have got a lawyer, can't let the police be judge and jury
