    I agree, I've been avoiding a smart tv for years instead using a Box, bought one and it's really dumb especially to set up

    I think this is the same one i have. You can cast from your phone or tablet to the TV, easier if they are Samsung if not should still be able to. Can also control YouTube from phone if you prefer. Load some TV apps. No need for a box

    Yep although depends on age if worthwhile, younger the better. 50s and early 60s makes sense financially

    I've changed language in the app but emails still come through in Thai and some areas of the app are in Thai, any way to change the remainder?

    There are other older condo blocks around 1m baht that are much better than those listed, better maintained, in Pratumnak and Jomtien

    Yep it's better they accrue properly for expenses every year otherwise you'll be hit eventually, we are just paying for new lifts, common fees were increased from 25 to 35 per M² monthly, this year 115 per M². Predominantly Thai owned condos in Pattaya tend to get run down due to the reasons you say
