    Some people are worried about using bank cards \ credit cards in case of fraud hence why truemoneywallet is another option, i also use a credit card. COD takes more effort, I don't use it anymore

    You need to ask the agent and\or land office for the breakdown. BTW tax when closing a company can be much higher than you think as the property gets written down in value every year so profit will be based on this new much lower cost

    Better to keep turned on always, i keep my UK sim in my tablet which never leaves the home, data off. I want to know if I'm getting calls or messages from other people so not just OTPs

    Don't move with the times and you'll be left behind. Not everyone has a credit card, i have plus find truemoneywallet very useful, no risk just topping that up which you don't seem to understand
