    One of the reasons people copy is condo offices charge rip off prices, mine charged 700 baht then after complaints lowered it to 300 but usually you can get them much cheaper. For my front door only 10 baht for fob on lazada

    Doesn't surprise me at all, Pattaya for example, biggest brothel in the world has zero STI awareness places, thai people are clueless. There should be numerous places people can get PrEP to prevent HIV, incl to increase awareness. I've mentioned it to a few girls, none have heard of it

    I bought an IKEA kitchen and a friend and I fitted, mainly friend, you do need some expertise i.e. cutting hole for sink, tiles etc, i would have used IKEA but they were booked up for a month+, so use them unless you can't wait. You have to go to store and go through plans, sizes etc. Definitely not as simple as assembling other furniture

    There will be exceptions but crossings are best avoided. A difficult road to cross is 2nd road outside central. Then there's Thepprasit, another level, vehicles think they're still on Sukhumvit

    Probably best advice is don't use zebra crossings then you'll be alert always crossing the road

    I stayed in an apartment when i first bought my bike they let me keep it there when i went back to UK for 4 months, so stay in a place that allows you to store it there, it's in their interest for repeat customers, maybe less busy condos will allow it also

The thai person in question would need to be in the Will, otherwise she'll get nothing. The falang should have thought of that but we are in Thailand after all Maybe do a google search of "what happens to private pensions on death"

    I do about 25k km per year cycling and on a motorbike and i reckon it's safer than walking, always exposed walking in Pattaya, but in both the accidents reported this week, they are tourists who don't seem to know how dangerous the roads can be

My place is usually quiet then a rogue Dutchman stayed for a couple days with a nightmare booming voice, truly a neighbour from hell

    i tend to avoid zebra crossings, safer that way. I'm guessing more info will come out today or tomorrow about the accident, nothing yet

    That crossing is deadly because people are going 60kph and don't want to stop. You can't just walk out though in Thailand, must ensure traffic has stopped
