  1. The problem with supplementary fees rather than increased common fees is they aren't included if someone is taken to court for non payment, the advantage is it gives buyers the impression common fees are lower than they actually are
  2. The insurance banks offer is usually personal accident insurance with low cover, not good. Any agent can open an account for you for 4k+
  3. Maybe try it and let us know if it works
  4. Can use truemoneywallet on Lazada although now QR is available with discount i rarely use True
  5. You should have checked the minutes for the last AGM and annual accounts, also checked with the office about outstanding debt and yes old condos will be increasing their common fees eventually or just have supplementary fees every year (both discussed at the AGM). The other thing about older condos is there will be a high number of refurbs going on meaning noise
  6. Depends what you eat, same falang food. My favourite healthy thai dish is rice, chicken and mixed vegetables, no oil
  7. Importing from China even cheaper, 📉 Thai jobs down
  8. Interesting, at nearly 4 times the price I won't bother with Descovy, makes sense if someone has some kind of adverse reaction to Truvada generic. I asked a Dr at Red Cross that question about if there's an adverse reaction and he said stop taking and kidneys recover, i haven't looked into it further but you may be right. I just checked my results again, it's 6 years and my Creatinine is almost exactly the same as when I started. BTW some people just react to taking PrEP, not specifically long term use, hence why it's normal to get checked from the beginning every 6 months or so, they seem more relaxed about that, used to be every 4 month visit for me, now 8 months
  9. Since the prime minister got the boot, maybe they are buying baht selling currencies
  10. When you do your forecasts and budgeting, calculate at different exchange rates to see whether you can afford to live here
  11. Seems to be working for many
  12. If you like men just go for it, Philip Schofield was married for 25 years before he was caught out
  13. I've not heard of Descovy although i plan to try Queen Sirikit next time to see if i can move to using them as they're nearer. I'll ask when i go. As for the injection it mainly benefits those who may forget to take the tablets, for me not a problem, so I won't change. Creatinine has had mild fluctuations so nothing stand out, i hear when your kidneys are effected Creatinine can fall off a cliff
  14. Running around with a gun wouldn't of helped his case of attempted murder
  15. No side effects, although a long list of possibilities. i get my Creatinine checked every 8 months, HIV test every 4 months. At Red Cross in Bangkok it's about 450 baht a month for Thai or Indian generic version. Both the same as Travuda. Been taking it for about 5 years
  16. Once again you've missed the point
  17. is it one tablet now for anti virals? i take 1 tablet for PreP to prevent HIV, but i could stop at any time unlike those on anti virals
  18. You sound like a scientist, do you have a link for that? or is that just beer talking?
  19. They should have cases of 12, big and small, girl had to go out back and get it
  20. Makes it stronger, almost Belgium beer like
  21. I don't see the point of alcohol free beer, I'd rather just drink water or something
  22. No CJ Supermarkets near you? they sell Dunkel
  23. I've finished my experiment....it was a success, Dunkel 490ml 4.9% + 30ml Vodka 40% makes a nice 6.9% drink, try it
